I've watched almost all her interview videos and story telling. I can't get enough. She's truly amazing for spreading awareness and haven't forgotten her people back home and want to hopefully help many more North Koreans. Truly inspirational.

This was an excellent interview. The interviewer asked important questions that did not predict Yeon-Mi's answers -- but allowed Yeon-Mi to answer those questions and tell her story in her own wonderful extraordinary words and thoughts and explanations.

I heard she have studied English for more than 9 hours in a day, everyday, even Saturday or Sunday, since she arrived in south Korea to notify about the miserable reality of North Korea to all over the world.

I have many ideas! Some are pretty possible and some are kinda too much sci-fi (but who knows?) 1. Try to send in info about the world via very loud speakers 2. There are lot of lies about kim jong il. How about photoshop some proves that he isn't that much of a god like photoshop him peeing (he doesn't pee or poop according to the northkoreans) and throw down the pictures via an airplane in to northkorea 3. Dig a secret tunnel in to north korea underground and then via that tunnel helping them to escape 4. Invent an ufo and the teleporter and just pick up all the inoccent peoplesand the soldiers will think it was from outer space so that no country are to blame 5. Invent teleporter > lock in some inoccent peoples > teleport them away from north korea 6. Invent time machine > change history so that north korea will lose and there will only be one single Korea
Here are even more! 7. Make an undestructible robot that will just walk in and shoot/kill soldiers just in selfdefense and rescue some north korean and maybe also kill the leader and take over the leadership make northkorea more like southkorea 8. Build some nanotecnogical robots looking like mosquitos that flies in and inject poison into all the soldiers and soon they will all die and there are only citizens left that we let them survive 9. I don't think you are ever able to do a weapon with unlimited bullets, so how about send in some useless trash via kom loj (I think it is kom loj?) and have them as targets they will shot till they're out of amo. 10. Maybe a hybrid of all or several ideas. And there where 10 of all my ideas. Maybe I come up with even more, but those are all the ideas so far! ^^

Yeonmi is so brave. She struggles through so many interviews telling her story over and over in order to help her fellow North Koreans who have no voice and are suffering so much. Communism destroys humanity and is the worst political system. It robs everyone of everything, of their soul, the fruits of their labor, their religion, all freedom to live as you choose and raise your children as you wish. If communism was worldwide then every country would desend into war, starvation and every type of depravity and desperation. Where would China be without the free west to sell it's products to?

Well, I had a sort of kick-start with my English with a tutor, but yeah, the major part was watching movies and playing games. What Lizzie said must be right, It's a very efficient method, especially if you know how your memory works. I learned 2 more languages like that after English and currently chewing the third one. It's fun. :D

I really respect Yeonmi Park but she says something has to be done but can't give any clear answers as to what should be done.
