Try revitalized with this build: Nashor tooth, Rift maker, Cosmic drive, ionian boots, spirit visage, void or lich bane or rabadon
Edit: ghost tele or ghost ignite is the only summs to use, you dont need flash, even exhaust ghost is very strong with gwen, always put 2 points in q w is useless in most match up early on, lv 3 2 pts in q hits so hard

Why build shoes on gwen? It is better to build cosmic instead! Maybe with iceborn gauntlet+ cosmic since mobility buff is related to abilities

Flash and teleport better but you can run ignite and teleport, or you can run ghost , running flash on gwen is useless

Try to take 50% of His HP on long range and Always buy Item when you can. You can buy void Staff if he is doing tank and riftmaker if you want to be tankier. You can easly dodge His E but Using dash ability like Gwen E or Bel'veth Q or Play Aatrox cause he hard counters him

Gwen is good into Tanks, which sett kind of is. Play her into Fiora/Irelia/Riven if you want to have a truly miserable experience.
GWEN is better then fiora , riven and irelia look gwen defeats fiora on wave clear and mass damage as well fiora useless vs range champions but gwen destroys them , gwen better then irelia on late game because irelia useless late game , gwen is better than riven vs tank and healing the only problem the lain face
Gwen does not really have a weak point. She is strong against any type of champions unlike riven , irelia and fiora She also has everything: wave clear, 1 vs 1, 1 vs 5, helping, true dmg, max ap dmg, armor and mr, good early game, broken mid game, destroy anything late game, and more. Saying that Gwen is weak only because of the difficulty of some lain is ridiculous. Have you heard about SAVE Farm before? In addition to that, after the end of the lain it will not matter who your opponent is,
