brewhardware. A lot of the odd parts like the stainless probe (kettle element enclosure) cover and Ultra Low Watt Density elements are available on brewhardware. I've been considering this system for several months and real world experience is invaluable.
For cleaning my element I’ve also had good luck with oxiclean free & clear and one of those green scour pads to gently scrub away anything left behind. Thanks for the tips.
Great tips, I just did a high ABV brew day, did reiterative mash to try and help boost the OG. worked pretty well albeit made for a longer brew day.

I get better results if I use oxy clean and heat up the water with the element to 150F. But it's still annoying lol
