Point Hudson 90-sec Cruising Guide

Point Hudson is located just beyond the end of Water Street at the northeast corner of Port Townsend’s commercial district. Home to the Wooden Boat Foundation and the Foundation’s annual Wooden Boat Festival, Point Hudson has 32 slips, 800′ of linear docks, an RV park with 48 spots, and several marine trades businesses ready to serve you. This former Coast Guard station is within easy walking distance of the many fine dining, lodging and shopping opportunities that Port Townsend has to offer. Adjacent to the new Northwest Maritime Center, Point Hudson is your destination of choice for your time in Port Townsend.
For slip assignment, please radio VHF 09 before entering breakwater. You may also reserve a slip in advance. A $10.00 non-refundable reservation fee is due at time of booking and does not apply towards date(s) of stay. 48 hours notice is required to cancel a reservation to avoid being charged the first night of stay.
Point Hudson’s slips can accommodate boats up to 70′ LOA. Rafting of boats up to four deep is permitted on linear docks and may be required when the marina is busy. All vessels must register upon arrival regardless of length of stay.

Andrew Steers From May to October virtually every slip in Point Hudson is dedicated for guest moorage. Boat Haven has linear dock space and vacant slips for guest moorage.
