We finally got a team together and started with the build. With some ups and downs in the project we can finally welcome you back to the new and improved studio. Everyone is saying it too white too simple but tbh it’s really ELEGANT like their body jewelry.. Y’all take pride in the jewelry so doing this took it up a notch!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL!! I love the NEW LOOK!
I love the new LuLu's sign on the entrance and in the store. I love that there are more rooms with more space to move around and film. I don't like that it's so stark white. The white walls with the lighting seems more harsh and blinding on camera. I feel like maybe an accent wall with some color or some art work and plants would help it not appear so bright. But overall I think it's a major improvement!
I love the new look, missing the old one but I do want to point out a con for the new look. It is very bright. Just like other people have said, the walls are empty and baren, I do agree that there should be more stuff on the walls that can possibly help dull out the brightness. But overall, I love the new classic look you have going on.
You should add like some neon sighns on the emty walls to bring them out a little more but other than that it looks really good nice job!!!

Love your new shops new look but I have watched so many videos of the old look that I will definitely miss that . The next time I am getting a new piercing I am surely heading to lulus !! ❤❤

That white ceiling & new lighting was a great choice!
You guys should definitely open a store in the Mall of America. Being the biggest mall in America means it gets a lot of visitors from everywhere. I'm sure you would do a lot of business there.
As an interior architecture student, maybe it would have been nice to have a mural instead of, or add one where the indoor neon light is. You guys added a lot of white, and in overall which is a much classier upgrade; though you shouldn't be afraid of color, and to find a color pallet that suits the concept of the business. I noticed Harout said: "that's the break room, not the focal point of the aesthetics". Though it is cussial for a business to have a "break room" or space for the employee to feel more comfortable in; which as we all know, happy minds equal higher productivity. I am so happy to see what LULU's has become since it started. I hope one day to meet you guys.
Love you guys like the new look, just could do with some piercing art on the walls maybe. Would love to visit your store one day all the way from the U.K. 😀

I feel like there should be display cases or some thing for the jewelry on the walls but other then that it’s does look really nice
I like the new make over and new set up, it looks amazing. I did like the old decor only cause of the welcoming feel it had and street sort of decor, I thought that was cool with the different colours and graffiti.
New one is more elegant so well done guys...
Everyone has their own thing but I like the brightness instead of walking into darkness when I go get my ear pierced. Different feeling.

it looks beautiful! i just wish every brand would stop making their style all white and clean looking, it takes away from the attitude of the brand! :( lulus store is supposed to be fun and exciting like the people who work there!

You guys should make a accent wall design so it doesn’t look so bare and add some hanging light fixtures and it would look modern and chic
looks amazing clean and classic, more of a mature shop and nicer on the eye - you can always add a pop of colour (plant or a cool chair) good luck I LOVE IT !

We have a couple of those a/c units in our house. Better than the old central unit we had that gave us 300 dollar electric bills. Ours work really good. (Jan Griffiths).

There one thing you should have is sitting area for the people have to wait for their piercings. I went to this one place that was almost 2 hours from me. They have sitting areas in the studio for waiting.
I want harout to get his nose pierced it would look good on him. Nice and simple as well

Looks great! Very minimalistic. Insights calm which is super necessary when people come in for piercings. Nervous customers will love it!

I’ve been to lulus twice before, and I can admit it was a little intimidating walking in alone. This seems a lot more elegant yet inviting

Very white, sterile and cold as in uncomfortable. Hope that changes. Needs some color.
I pierced my ears my self diy sumwat better then the videos u guys make reaction videos too aha.. They gave me the balls to do it lmaooo. But the needle was only 20 gauge, the needle going in my tongue gunna be 12.... -.- f*** mee lol
had my tongue pierced honestly doesn’t hurt you don’t feel it and my pain tolerance is shit x
