A heck of a lot safer than sneaking into the kitchen. Even though "they' might be not due back for 12 hours or so, the crime is always discovered, although there seems to be no objection to chilling bearings or guides in the freezer.
Ovens work wonders. The other good thing about them is that they heat evenly, so there is much less risk of distortion. It's even better if the oven has temperature settings, though one of those infrared thermometers are useful for checking.
Does it taint the leek and potato pie when you warm it for lunch😂😂😂. Great bit of workshop kit. Saves the grief of using the one in the kitchen. Been there. Only need to soak a ring gear at 80 degrees to drop on a forklift fly wheel. 👍👍
G'day Paul, what a great idea, my wife will be so pleased for years l have used the oven in the kitchen, had a few problems with grease left on surfaces, I'm going too buy a little oven as they are less than $100 dollars, cheers mate, Neil 🤠.
No. Merseyside originally, then North Wales, then South wales. Stir in a bit of Sussex as well, as I worked down there for a while, and you get what comes out when I speak!
When you use an oven it gives a nice even heat i've used one for years nice bit of information thanks my best wishes to you from the Philippines ❤️💪👍😉😀😁🏁🏍️🛺🐑🇵🇭🏴

Residue from new tyres were my downfall
Special tools when you least expect it! As long as you’ve cleared it with the wife you’re golden!👍
Thanks for the tip Paul ☺️

Allen Millyard has an outdoor gas BBQ,... I thought it was a microwave on the title pic....side valve looks tasty!
Neat. Thanks.
Great my late wife used to to love the smell of linklife irreplaceable
Ovens are great. On aluminium, bearings will drop out almost.

@@paulhenshaw4514 Aha see I’m getting there. You don’t sound Piratey enough to be Cornish.
Will this work with cranks as well?
If you mean with flywheels, to help get replacement crankpins and mainshafts started on their way in, then yes, probably.
Remember kids......
Don't use a microwave oven
