Omgoodness, I went to my little side garden and they were filled with just ripe green beans, I picked all I could and left the smaller ones for next time. I just made a ham for Sunday dinner this week. I just cut a bone and some of the gam meat off and made my beans, Delicious. I'm looking to try to plant some during the winter in my sunroom this winter in January and February inside the house, I saw the video on UA-cam.

Hi Miss Mattie, I know that your green beans and potato dish is going to be delicious but did you know that adding potato to any recipe that you cook will remove salt when you over salt certain dishes add a potato whether it's a pot of beans whether it's sauce whether it's greens add potato and it will pull the salt away from the veggies I learned that years ago
