@@easygojunkremoval3564 that’s awesome. In SC it’s been colder than usual so mine is in hibernation lol. But when we get some warmer weather….it’s on 🔥
My husband and I were.Happily ready to sample the brisket. I’m telling you it was worth the 15 hr wait!! Juicy, tender & tasty!! Sooo Glad to be Neighbors😀😀😊😊

@@CookingwithManualFocus got that Lexington pellet smoker I’m probably only going to use pellet smokers my apartment patio too small for anything much bigger than the Lexington
A 15-16lb bird would fit. If you were doing just a single brisket that would be fine. But any more I would suggest get the larger pitboss Austin or pro series. Checkout this Turkey vid. @DawgCity Backpacker I was so excited to get it on the smoker I really didn’t pay much attention lol. My guess would be about 14-15lbs because the cook time is usually a 1hr per pound. I hope you enjoy your Lexington as much as I do! Thank you for stopping by my channel!
Excellent video brother
@Easy Go Junk Removal thanks! Can't wait till it warms up a little to get another going! I might just have to brave the conditions lol.
@@CookingwithManualFocus in Arizona but it’s been cold but I just got a PitBoss Lexington and can’t wait to stoke it

When I’m smoking my brisket should I be having the grate/deflector/baffle closes or open?
Always keep it closed.

No problem bro! So are you working on a offset or a pellet grill?
@@CookingwithManualFocus got that Lexington pellet smoker I’m probably only going to use pellet smokers my apartment patio too small for anything much bigger than the Lexington
Ok cool. Yes keep the broiler on and the plate closed. You only want to open that if you were going to sear a steak or something along those lines.
Yep, ours came out as advertised!
@Paul Recko Awesome!!
Looks good,That music is solid too!
@david ekelman thank you!
What pallets did you use
@Terrance Morrisey I used the pitboss fruit blend on that brisket.
Real delicious looking Brisket. Very good video, enjoyed watching.🫕🫕👍👍
Thank you! The brisket was awesome!
How do you season your brisket?
With coffee!!
I'm planning on getting a Lexington, but I'm wondering what size brisket or turkey will fit in there

Does your lexington have about a 50 degree difference between the readout and the thermometer on the lid?
Sometime the lid reading can be misleading depending on outside elements. But the internal thermometer that's built in pretty accurate
Looks great my man. About to pick me up a pit boss Lexington for my first grill/smoker
Thank you! I hope you enjoy it! I'm smoking a pork butt as we speak!
That looked great. Waiting for my Pit Boss 500 to arrive. Never smoked before so just trying to learn what to do and how to do it right.
Thank you! I think you will have a blast!
Hey now… Thanks for the great content…! I have a Lexington coming tomorrow or the next day… question for you $!r…. What weight was that brisket…?

Wooow that looks good. Just got the Lexington yesterday so I’m looking for some recipes. Gonna have to try the overnight cook for sure. Thanks man.
The overnight was cool to do. Especially since you don’t have to manage the fire. Get some zzz’s during and then have it ready by lunch or dinner!
What kind of pellets did you use?
On this brisket I used the pit boss hickory pellets.
Did you put your temperature on 250 or on the smoke setting?
@aytrey3518 I used the 250° setting.
Where did all that meat go?😂
Lol
