  • This is part comedy routine and part rendering of the traditional Italian novelty song which had been popularized in 1953 by Julius LaRosa: • 1953 HITS ARCHIVE: Eh,... ‘Gaylord & Holiday’ were Ronnie ‘Gaylord’ Fredianelli and Burt ‘Holiday’ Bonaldi, original members of the 1950s recording group The Gaylords.
Pop Chart Peaks: Billboard 72, Cash Box 79, Record World 91
Transferred from stereo 45 single Prodigal 0622 - Eh! Cumpari (traditional) by Gaylord & Holiday, arranged by Eddie Nuccilli, produced by Sam Locricchio

All this time I thought that "Holiday" was Chico Holiday, who co-wrote the song, "God, Country and My Baby" that Johnny Burnette recorded.

Like what happened for Pan-Am, Alitalia came to a end. Despite the comedy, It was reliable company.
