Thanks. Very helpful. The instructions on the thing scared me. Light wear protective eyes gear, wash your hands and arms. Wear gloves. This is easy. Very good video. Thank you.
@@2ndChanceAtLife unfortunately no. They only sell the reactor pads together with the filters and bulbs as a replacement kit for the 101. You can order that from the companies website: www.hitechairsolutions.com/products
@@trainertroysmith thanks. What a waste of resources. I have 8 unused filters I can't use so they will go into the trash, more filling up of the landfill. Every small addition adds up.
@@2ndChanceAtLife I agree. The reactor pads are what are needed to replace more often than the bulbs and filters. Would be nice if we could order them in bulk separately.
This is a bad design. We struggle with this every time. It takes us about an hour to change two bulbs and we just purchased another one so not looking forward to doing this again. I wish you used an easier bulb. My hands are weak and my wife isn't patient.
I agree… the bulbs can be a a challenge to change. I wish it was designed differently as well… more space to get leverage… some sort of different interface between the bulb end and the connector piece. I’ve gotten it down to where I can usually do it right away now, but I’ve had some choice words in the past trying to do it. I’ve found that it helps to first ensure the prongs are lined up with the holes… and then to first angle the bulb end so that one side is angled in… and then while keeping pressure against it to move into into place. I’ve been told that it’s okay to actually hold the bulb as well as the plastic end too. That may help. If you do do that, consider wiping the bulb with rubbing alcohol afterward to remove any oil from your hands. I hope that your next go around works a bit better for you guys. 🙏🏼
THIS is the best video out for how to do this!! 🎉 TY
This is so helpful and thorough!!

Awesome video!!
Thanks Christine!
I wish there were more reviews of this out there. Can’t seem to find any third party information
Can these be recycled? Or put in trash?
The proper thing to do with the bulbs when they are done is to take them to a local household hazardous waste collection center.
@@trainertroysmith can I purchase reactor pads from you without needing to buy filters and bulbs that I don't need?
