it's crazy that there aren't more views and comments on this, it's one of the best performances (in my opinion of course) i hope people don't give the team less love because they think they're "overrated", the teens did great
I feel like the only downside to just jerk is that after a while they get predictable. Their choreo is amazing and so is the synchronization; it's obvious the teens have both talent and drive, but there's so much stress on the conformity and being together and not enough on individualism (in my personal opinion). I'm not saying every dancer should get a solo part, but they have dancers who could definitely interpret different styles, but I feel like they're not opening up those teen's potentials and just telling them to be part of a whole. I looked at Hoya's team and Seunghoon's team and both the teamwork + individual colors stick out which helps their stage become more exciting. I feel more connected with their stages, this stage makes me feel like I'm just watching a really well put together dance crew, I don't connect to each kid. Maybe they're banking on the fact that they have a 13 year old who's really good, but she can't be the whole team. I really hope they improve on that aspect, I was disappointed because if you watch just jerk on AGT (esp their final) they're capable of many different genres of dance so I KNOW for a fact they can teach that to the kids
agree but i disagree too. i felt it matched well with the k-wave concept since being in sync and consistence is what makes korean boy bands different and more likable. i agree that we should see more individualism but they should wait for the right moment to showcase that. ^^ as for now that what makes them unique from other groups. for instance, lia kim got bad score this time due to lack of team work its felt something is missing even though individually every one showcased their dancing skills great. i guess hoya nailed both team work and individual skills with his brilliant choreography.
Bcs this is just jerk's style. I think each team has their own style. like seunghoon is more focus to the storyline, lia kim to dance movement, hoya to individual dance style, gikwang to the beauty of dance, and just jerk to the synchronization. Just jerk's character is their synchronization

The Korean Wave (K-Wave) is the increase in global popularity of South Korean culture since the 1990s. Lia and Seunghoon's teams emphasized on the "Korean culture" part, while Hoya, Just Jerk and Gikwang's teams emphasized on the "global popularity" part. Hoya's team probably wanted to showcase the individuality and uniqueness of the kpop/k-wave culture, which is what the meaning behind The Greatest Showman is all about. At first, kpop wasn't that accepted internationally, as a lot of people would say they "all look the same", "sound the same" etc. and Hoya's concept was to prove them wrong and show them that "this is the real image of kpop/k-wave" and " this is who we really are", through a combination of indivuality and teamwork. Just Jerk and Gikwang probably wanted to show how kpop has influenced people, or how international cultures have influenced kpop, as the k-wave spreaded internationally. As you can see, no one was against the theme. There's always going to be a last place and there has to be someone who's going to have to take that place. Please cheer and support the teams you love but don't bring down any other teams. Spread love not hate.
Agree. And there's a coach who loves to whine and complaint whenever his team got a low score from the judges. 😅😅 He should just accept it and move on. 🙃✨

Just this morning I can see the their clip (5 teams) at one times. At first I just saw their performance also I don't understand what they've said. Personally, Hoya and his team gives an amazing performance. Concept, story, expressions, also skills. I love it. But in some point I feels like their position is kind of little bit a mess? It's not a mess is a mess, it's just like some member looks like not in their own position (the right position). But overall Hoya's is the best for this 2nd battle team. Then I'm going to Gikwang's team. Totally, Gikwang gives a different vibe into that performance. I can see how he's way much better than his member. He looks so cool, showing his skills and also his aura feels incredible to watch. Personally, I feels enjoy to watch Gikwang and the team. Lia Kim with her avenger members picked 2 sensational Korean songs. Personally, I didn't like that much her choreography this time but still they show their skills better than Lee Seung Hoon's team. Lia Kim choreography in this battle looks like a crowd. I mean too busy to enjoy their dance so at the end I'm just dance in random follow the songs. Then Lee Seung Hoon once again stand up with a lot of details for their performance. Like I've said before if I want to see theatrical dancer, this team have a lot of potential go for it (Hoya on this 2nd battle did a better job for the theatrical concepts). Their expressions so far is the best to interpreting the lyrics and the themes itself. I can feel how even they're not a high skillful dancers, they're totally show that this is us people who fall in love with dances and all of the stuff. Emotionally, this team is the best to show it. Before that, my reason to talk about JJ's team after the lowest scores team is the fact that I almost forgot about them. I just insert this paragraph. Honestly they did a good job and showed their best at dances but obviously didn't gives a mark that made me remember. It's only around 30" after I watch the 5 teams clip but the fact that I almost forget about them it's a hmmm.. maybe it's right for some comments said (at the 1st battle) that JJ's team have a great contestant but they're not that fun to keep watching their dance repeatedly. Even some comments said that they're just show that they're a good dancers and have higher skills and some of them said that they feels waoow but bored near at the end of their performances. Personally, I keep on my opinion said that JJ's team is good but if someone asking me to choose, I'll not going to vote this team. For an example for the 1st battle which is scores on more light viewing, the idols coaches gives a lot more interesting performances to made me want to choose one of them not for JJ and their skillful dancer. So far this competition made remember the past how the first time I watched JJ's crew on AGT. The similar things happened with their contestants. JJ's team and JJ's crew show a good dancing on skills and another good things but what else that they can offer to the viewers to keep watching their performances? I don't think they gives a better offers than the other teams, especially that 3 idols coach teams. But then.... the comments section said something interesting about the theme on this battle. Aaah, that's why Lee Seung Hoon and Lia Kim choose that songs. But then I rethinking why the other teams choose international songs that's not figured out Korea? Hmmmm.. Personally, if talk about the dance itself I'll not going to change my opinion that the order points must be: Hoya, Gikwang, JJ, Lia Kim, then Lee Seung Hoon. But if should follow the theme, I think hmmmm it's gonna have little bit different in their points. I mean the higher teams should've got reducing points because they can't show that K-wave concepts in a better way. This is will be a subjective opinion by the judges. Sometimes for some strict person they'll got a lot of reductions points just because didn't follow the theme but somehow a lot more people didn't think it's the big matter so they'll keep reducing the points but not that much. The point here is that they still should've got reduced point even only for 1 point. Usually when I saw the competition they'll reducing 10 points because of not follow the themes as a compromising their performances. That's totally brings the different atmosphere for the competition when they have the rules (for this case is the theme as the rule). So yeaah..it's little bit confusing to viewers and I bet it's a kind of frustating for Lia Kim and Lee Seung Hoon fans. I wish next time KBS, judges, and also not forget the MC will be in concentration with the rules so never gives a problematic results like this 2nd battle. Personally first battle show a good job and worth it to watch. This 2nd battle still worth it but hmmm I don't like when they put "drama" on the competition. This questionable rules makes this battle going into the drama and makes me don't want to rewatch this episode. Even if I want to, I think I'm just rewatching their personal performance, not the whole show. Overall, I keep on my opinion that if only talk about dance this battle team it must be Hoya's who got the highest number. But... I wish for the next team battles I will not see another drama on this competition.

I thought they just wanted to have fun (or joke around) with it and interpret it literally 😂😂 like how they’re the “k” in k-wave since they’re Korean then thr “wave” part came with the choreography. Did ya’ll see all those different types of “waves” included in the choreo? This was really a fun and synchronized routine. I stan!

This is my first time hearing about Just Jerk. But by my opinion they are really dope🔥Comparing all teams just jerk are the best ones. Maybe I like their dancing techniques but their synchronizations are really lit. From now one of my dreams to meet them and dance with them
They are like a powerful cool international dancing team, like just woow🙈😍😍😍😭 Their dancing skills really got me so hard. This is really dancing is like 💕💫 I hope they make it to the final😎
At first my fave person from this team is Si Hyun but I'm charmed by Min Jae (the blonde one in this perf). She's so charismatic. Y'all don't sleep on her. Also, I really love just jerk coach, esp Young-J. Love his character so much. I'm really digging the Hoya x Just Jerk blooming friendship. They seem to be really comfortable with each other and they seem to be genuine about congratulating team Hoya in this round.
ikr I love JJ team's sportsmanship. like after they saw hoya's perf they told the kids that you can really see they practice so hard to achieve that kind of performance and then backstage when they congratulated team hoya he told his kids they should learn from them. such a nice coach. they set nice examples to the kids that you should never put down others even if they are your opponents instead you should be inspired by them since they know they all put efforts in the performance.
for any one interesting in my thoughts on how this is related to k-wave. her it is. what created k-wave ?? have we ever looked at the first initiative of k-wave ?? it started in the 90s specifically in 1992 when seo taiji and boys debuted. they were heavily affected by the hip hop culture ( read more about them you will be surprised at how they started out). any way they were the 1st generation of kpop ( along with H.OT, GOD, shinhwa and sechskies ). noticed anything in common ?? yes lots of their hit songs are actually considered as hip hop genera. hip hop was like the firs block that started kpop which is part of k-wave. with that being said. k-wave now and to be exact boy band are famous for their dancing skills. synchronization, consistency and unified oufits. they blow your mind with their amazing performances and thats what i got from just jerk team. from the first sec. tell the last i could not blink.
Just jerk the name already representing k wave. Just jerk team is so popular in worldwide especially their sync cheorography. There are group of people commenting the exact same things under others teams video.i guess most of us know whose fans they are. Just ignore them. They basically think that everyone else including the judges and show production staffs are blind and stupid that doesn't know what is k wave.

for any one interesting in my thoughts on how this is related to k-wave. her it is.
what created k-wave ?? have we ever looked at the first initiative of k-wave ??
it started in the 90s specifically in 1992 when seo taiji and boys debuted. they were heavily affected by the hip hop culture ( read more about them you will be surprised at how they started out). any way they were the 1st generation of kpop ( along with H.OT, GOD, shinhwa and sechskies ). noticed anything in common ?? yes lots of their hit songs are actually considered as hip hop genera. hip hop was like the firs block that started kpop which is part of k-wave.
with that being said. k-wave now and to be exact boy band are famous for their dancing skills. synchronization, consistency and unified oufits. they blow your mind with their amazing performances and thats what i got from just jerk team. from the first sec. tell the last i could not blink.
Just jerk the name already representing k wave. Just jerk team is so popular in worldwide especially their sync cheorography. There are group of people commenting the exact same things under others teams video.i guess most of us know whose fans they are. Just ignore them. They basically think that everyone else including the judges and show production staffs are blind and stupid that doesn't know what is k wave.
