Stylish and very musical. What I like best is that she exploits what her instrument is capable of--a dynamic range and ability to vary the pluck to a greater extent than on a harpsichord--while preserving the spirit and character of the music. I have to think that Frescobaldi would have approved.
So refreshing to hear a true artist. I’m a Juilliard trained pianist and just starting to appreciate this early Italian music. Brava ! I’ve been missing so much ! That’s you !
What a lovely instrument to hear this on! I only know it for my harpsichord and this is a nice change on Frescobaldi, who is one of my favorite keyboard composers.
The more I listen to this piece, the more I hear harmonic similarities to Pachelbel. He does appear to have known Frescobaldi’s work (as did most south German musicians of the time)
Amazing and beautiful performance. I was wondering about the ergonomics of the instrument though and how it effects the player . Anna has to lean forward to play off centre of gravity. This must create considerable strain on the neck and shoulder muscles if one spends many hours practicing which she obviously does.
Bello!🎉 trasparente suono e interpretazione soave e dinamica 👏👏👏👏👏⚘️
Out of this world beautiful! I love this piece, but it was just as if I had never heard it before! Thank you!
Pelle d'oca dall'inizio alla fine, suono sublime cosi come l'interpretazione di questa meravigliosa Aria di Frescobaldi, bravissima Annalisa!
Bellissima interpretazione!!! Suono stupendo!

Meraviglioso! Grazie per questa bellissima esecuzione! Brava!!!
Very beautiful. New and refreshing light shed on this lovely piece, which has been familiar to me for many years as a guitar arrangement.
That's wonderful. A superb instrument. I only have a five string kannel but I love it dearly.
A lovely instrument!
Amazing sound and playing. Enchanting!

Beautiful beyond words. I'm trying to learn to play this piece on my lute. Thank you for sharing.

Early Italian music is a rich rabbit-hole to dive into. Pasquini, Merulo, Frescobaldi, and so many others. Best wishes in your exploration!
Bravissimo! Musica incantevole!

Being used to the harpsichord. This is so… odd but so satisfying.
Il y a comme une grande nostalgie dans la grande musique comme un Paradis perdu qui murmure toujours
Beautiful performance just as the performer
Bravissima !
Mesmerizing
Magnifique interprétation de cette Frescobalda géniale
Sounds great...good job...!!!
