Half these killers need a freaking re animation for Gen kicking and wall breaking, so disappointing freddy doesn't slash at the Gen but he does to the wall and when grabbing someone in a locker kind of
Out of all the actual 'kicking' animations, I half expected more than just executioner and clown to have unique ones instead of reusing Trapper's over and over.
Technically, pyramid head is slightly different from the basic kick as his body isn't moving that much because he is trying to keep balance with his great sword on the other hand. Like the body move less but the left arm more than the basic animation as he is balancing himself.
I absolutely love the sound Freddy makes when he busts down a wall. Pity I like literally nothing else about the guy. One of my ideas is for a killer to MELT down a breakable wall. I'm disappointed Vecna didn't use an acid spell to do so, but the snap he does is fun enough.
I love how for the wall breaking animation, almost all of them have unique ones since the breakable walls weren’t in the initial game, but then added when death singer came out so they could revisit all of them and add unique animations
A lot of the animations in this game look super janky. The motto of DBD lately has been function over form. Only the game is pretty badly balanced by default, so there's little function... and little form.
It’s rlly weird for Twins, in first person Charlotte embeds the sickle in the wall and then kicks it to break it. But in the animation she only embeds it in the wall, pulling it back to break the wall.
Ngl, for the other ones, the animations got better over time. But some of these more recent wall breaking animations are just not it. Like skull merchants is too slow. Weskers is to fast. Knight lifting up his leg for like no reason. Huxs arm like clips on the top of the wall.
It will never stop bothering me how Legion, Ghostface and Pig, who are just regular size humans who are just good at killing, don't have an animation related to shoulder bashing the wall. Survivors can't break breakable walls, so it would make sense if they had trouble with them.
Pyramid Head will never use his knife for break animations coz its too big. It wont fit through the door frame. Would also block his screen if he ever does too
I call Shenanigans, he can stab and twist with that thing in his mori, he can stab open a wall. Also for pallets all he has to do is a big one handed clumsy slam like his mini mori, and it's splintered.
skull merchants animations are all pretty consistently bad, kind of just wished she was either reworked more or removed from the game. (reworked in terms of gameplay and animation, since both are really bad in my opinion.)
Wayment.... Billy/bubba has a chainsaw, but instead of sawing through stuff, they either kick or whack it open. Pyamid head has a big honkin' scissor kitchen knife sword thingy, and uses his foot instead. What a buncha goobers! Though I'll never not laugh at Vecna thanos snapping open walls. 🫰🏻
If billy/bubba was to have a saw animation for walls then that would be so dumb and unrealistic. If both of them take a while to start up their chainsaw in a chase then why would their chainsaw startup quicker for breaking a wall? Because of that, they might as well use the hammer since using the chainsaw will just take longer because of how much time the saw blades need to reach full speed

An ink bird lady with inky knife fingers, and a literal frickin' doll with a kitchen knife that can break pallets and walks by just stabbing them open. Billy can even Formula 1 drift around the map with HIS chainsaw. There has to be suspension of Disbelief with DbD, because ain't none of it ever realistic. Even then, how hard would it be to have one of them just raise their chainsaw with a Loud *"VROOM"* then quickly saw the wall for a second or give it one big swipe?
