Padiham, Boxing Day Floods 2015 (HD)

River Calder in Padiham, Lancashire at record level. Town Centre and nearby residential areas flooded. Part of flooring in the Town Hall collapsed. Several businesses were effected.

I remember that day. Astonishing to see. Terrible for everyone affected by the high water level.
