    My mother makes it with only few ingredients. Maida, ghee, sugar and pinch of salt. Rest she used to depend on the big mithaiwala oven to get it baked for her. I remember she making in batches of 100 for diwali 😘

    I'll rate 10 ⭐ for this recipe. Tried it with the same exact measurements. Process ki har ek step ka detailing or uska importance aap bahut sahi se batate hai. Ekdum mouth watering nankhatai bani hai. All thanks to you 🤠 You made my Christmas 🎄 a special one by sharing this recipe.

    Kunal, you heard it a 😭 little late! I was looking for a good nan-khatai recipe yesterday, and went over many; the nan-khatai didn't turn out extremely well in microwave, but just okay to eat! Although we have prepared it a many times in the past in cooker!

    Today i tried the naankhatai and it have salts taste more than the original taste of the naankhatai....if u have oven then only try it
    Note:Do not use steel utensils for baking with salt otherwise the biscuits would turn black as it turned mine😔

      Reduce the ghee a little bit.

    Hi Kunal. I gave it a try and taste wise it was great but the only issue I faced is that it flatten out completely instead of rising up as well. What do you think could be the reason? Appreciate if this can be addressed. Thank you

      So to avoid this Authy once u shape the man khatai place it in fridge for half hour and then bake it.

    Hi Sir, please reply... in my oven i can put only 6 to 7 nankhatai at a time and it will take 15 min to cook. In between this time my rest of dough get soften what and my next set of nankhatai not cook perfectly what should i do for this..

    Chef.. main bachpan me bahot nan khatai khati thi, ek uncle tin container me laker gali gali me bechte they.
    Mere in-laws me koi bhi nan khatai nahi khata. Main kal raat ko nan khatai yaad ker rahi thi, maine apne husband ko online search kerne ko bola..
    Aur aaj chef aapne recipe dedi. 🙏🏻 Recipe bhi tricky nahi hai. Definitely will try at home. My 11 year old daughter loves cooking. Will bake with her.
