What an awesome band! Of course, with Steve Gadd you know he's gonna play great before he even counts the tune off. With Michael Landau - yeah, I knew he was great - but no way was I expecting the tour-de-force he pulls off here! I really like how he can show off influences without having to "copy licks" - Cornell Dupree when he's comping, Jeff Beck when he grabs the bar. That solo goes everywhere, but it still feels unified to me. Love it!

Just found this today and had it on constant repeat. Hearing Gadd with that Richard Tee-esque sound is just beyond beautiful.
If you’re my generation (60’s) , this music brings back memories of 30-40 years ago. Place I was living at the time,my mood at the time-amazing what music can do for us

Have listened to a lot of great drummers but I have a hard time placing any of them above Steve Gadd.ever since I heard him on a Bob James album on wax nonetheless back in the 70's
