This video was recorded, edited and uploaded 1 month before the video went live and so, events in the video happened at the start of June.
That means that this is not “another” ban. This happened a while ago. So I do still have a job!

Jobs hard enough with out busy body's with nothing else better to do, I understand they have procedures and security etc. I do work for a couple of companies and one in particular I threw the law at them due to a health and safety issue, I didn't get banned but I wasn't favorable but it's better to be safe than sorry

Fair play Luke! It's mad work managing a channel, driving for a living and still having time for family. These set-backs and knocks can be hugely draining, both mentally and time wise on all the effort it has taken to edit and share online.
Just keep on adapting, play within the rules and keep doing what you do, you're inspiring a whole generation!

Seriously daft, if there was a media blackout then that should have been made clear to anybody visiting the site either before or on entry. In this day and age where anything can be filmed and broadcast, if you don't want third party filming then the least you can do is put up a notice!

So sad that many like to kick people when they are already down and revel in it too! If they were honest which they never will be they are just jealous as your getting on and doing well. It’s called “working hard” they should try it! You always explain your video content and are courteous about what you film. Some people need to get a life and stop interfering in others. The worlds gone mad no common sense anymore or even a balanced prospective on things. Keep going Luke and as you say, to keep the peace just don’t film at all anywhere that may give those sad individuals any ammunition to use against you!
Loving your video Luke. One thing I love about them is that I so wish car drivers would watch your videos as you explain about dangers is the roads and what you need to look out for. A lot of car drivers could learn a lot from you, and learn to look about them as they drive/approach junctions, etc. Keep it up mate. I've had calls into the office on numerous times, but for me its minor things, and could do without them. But that's working for solicitors. Much prefer accountants🤣🤣. Anyway, do what I do, keep your head down and keep plodding along.. Also, shouldn't Wootten Bassett be called Royal Wootten Bassett (apologies if I've got the spelling wrong)? I have fond memories of when I was little, coming from a village around 14 miles from Manchester. Me and my late hubby had a caravan and visited your area just of J17 of the M4 at Plough Lane Caravan site, and it was lovely.

I saw the original video & there wasn't anything on it that shouldn't have been. I also watch lots of vloggers videos & the number of people & companies that are afraid of cameras are unbelievable. The twist locks were a wonderful invention for the railway. The idea that containers could be loaded onto trains that could take enormous amounts of cargo compared with a fleet of lorries. We could move enormous amounts of cargo anywhere within hours. Then at our terminals, we could load a couple of them onto lorries to be distributed locally to many destinations. Very fast delivery compared to the inefficient state of today's lorry only distribution, that can take many days to complete.

I’ve been banned from 4 places that I can think of. Last month alone, I went to 111 places.
Therefore, I am banned from only 0.4% of places I deliver to in a single month.

GWR started as Wiltshire radio based in an old manor house with a modern studio extension! I could pick it up when I lived in Bournemouth!
At 10, we used to nick beer bottles from one pub and take them to another next to the school to cash them in for the deposit, buy a bottle of raspberry aid between the three of us and drink it in the off-licence area. And be seen vacating the pub from the playground when the teachers rang a bell to signify the end of the dinner break. You didnt live lol. The dustmen/cart used to stop next to our playground whilst they enjoyed a liquid lunch in the same pub. One day I found that they had put asside on the back, a box of packets of chocolate fingers that were thrown out cos they had slightly melted. We nicked a few packs and scoffed them at the top of the school playing field about 100m away. Several kids wanted to know where we had got them and we said. As a result, a crowd of excited children around the rear of the dustcart drew the attention of the teacher on playground duty and all had their names taken whilst 'our gang' rolled about laughing.
I do agree with the others saying you should be more careful, however you said you've been banned from like 4 places total, this is not much. So please I beg don't lose your job I love these videos! They are a highlight of the week for me and I like the fact you are literally down the road from me, Devizes ain't far away. Again I adore these videos keep-em-coming!

Hey Luke, I love watching your videos, I think the content you provide is good and gives would be HGV drivers a clear insight into what the job entails. We all make mistakes, but in making these mistakes we must learn from them and move forward. Personally I don’t think you did anything wrong, but clearly Glastonbury Festival and The Range feel you did so u got banned. You last video where you state you got a verbal warning from your boss, I truly think you do feel at home with Harry and Sons and in no way want to cause them to lose business, I felt your apology was heart felt. Luke, many videos ago you stated you were worried and scared about buying your first house, due to the cost and the responsibility to your daughters, wife….. losing your job because of You Tube is not worth it, you have the right to express your views like we all do. Maybe you need to take a break from You Tube, think about the direction you want to take your channel, content, before you lose sponsors, viewers and your job. I think your a good hard working man but you do have a knack recently of putting your foot in it! Slow down before you lose everything….

Whilst technically true. It’s also legal for a company to stop using you for work.
So to keep them happy you have to abide by their rules.
I live in Exeter so this is a nice little jaunt your'e taking me on Luke; I don't drive anymore so watching you're vids is most entertaining. Only driven a 7.5 ton once..poorly! 😵💫👍

Hi Luke as you go into said gate at Glastonbury for delivery there is a sign on the left hand side (hidden by bushes sort of) saying no photos or recording. No publishing on social media.
Yeay Basset Bakery !!! I worked in west Swindon for a few years and, used to drive from Blagrove over to Basset to get, tuna and cucumber rolls from there ….. best bread ever ! Great memories Luke 👍👍
As you probably on "Private Land" it may be due to be Media copyright on the event and possible buildup to the event, where a filming company may have paid good money to the organisers from somewhere in the world. Media and social media copyright can be a minefield. Soccer football to take images and supply anyone in any turnstile ground can be the same. Football and Premier League comes under Dataco Licences. I have had this as a freelance sports photographer, plus threats of real hefty fines for putting pictures on a website by not operating under strict Dataco licensing regulations. Just be careful.
We are talking about footage of backstage areas / footage of the grounds itself. Non of this has anything to do with copyright. The event itself (acts shown/music) can fall under agreements of publishment.
In this case it's about recording while on private property. The owner (and anyone how has been given authority to do so by the owner) can prohibit filming.
It's absolutly silly that they do it in this case, as it's gonna be viewed by thousands of people (including videos/photos) and has been in the past.
Any concern for security reasons is bullshit, as anyone who would have an interest in any kind of disruption for any reason, would not need this kind of footage as source material. They can go there and see everything from public land and even use a drone to get absolute vision. Or simply talk to persons who have been there to gain the specific information they might require.
It also can't be for publicity reasons. Since in this case, it's a festival the complete opposit of secret.
@@MrMcMind Ok, if I rephrase it, that a Tv or company may have purchased an All Area build up and event filming Licence for a documentary at some stage. This may be the reason. Really enjoy the channel of what Luke gets up to, and can be a real eye-opener If looking at filming events on private land where the public have access, it may just be an idea to ask for permission for filming before hand, or before using to save any problems in the future.

Just have the camera on you and turn off the front facing camera when you enter sites like jenko does Luke, this is getting dangerous now, its happening too many times, your boss is eventually going to tell you to f&$k off or ban recording altogether, best play it safe mate, now with the mortgage and all you really can't afford any more trouble buddy 👍
You got cameras all over the truck, you can see it above his head which I'm sure are stored on a hdd to cover any issues and accidents. The industry is fighting to keep drivers and get new drivers and these videos educate both existing, new and people who are considering becoming a driver, in one way I'd say keep up with the content but in another I'm gonna say be careful on what content you do record. It's a balance between you, your job and everyone else and you gotta think of yourself first in this case buddy.

Yes it did mate which is why I made sure to check for signs to see if filming was allowed. There were no signs to say I couldn’t film. So I did. And what I did show was nothing really. Just the load being unloaded and put into place. Not exactly a backstage tour or anything. But nevermind!
some people never learn though even though there were problems two years ago which I also remembered, even if it doesn't say no filming. Two years ago have been a lesson learned

No need to be sorry Luke. I understand why they want a media blackout but as most trucks and many cars have dashcams in them, it is inevitable that footage will be recorded. There should be signs at all the entrances and on all shipping paperwork saying that no footage or images taken within the site can be reproduced without written permission. That is fairly standard in most places but of course, some locations believe they are just that little bit more special than others. The sensible route would have been to quietly ask you to remove the footage and not do it again but it sounds like they will do anything for free publicity.
If it was me, the name of the venue would never be mentioned on my channel again.

Luke c in a truck when glastonbury isn't on its just farmers fields and anyone can record the countryside or animals that are in the fields and there's walking trails in the whole of the UK people can walk around so much ignore the glastonbury crew
Hi Luke, luv the vlog and I thought of the following. If I were in your shoes: the guy who owns the farm/ runs the festival is of my generation (ancient...Im 65 lol), he probably hasnt the time to watch your videos to see whats involved..or not at the mo and this would be an irritating item on a mornings management agenda, hence the ban. So hes not got the time to see or hear of your apology. Which is why I mentioned 'my generation'! If I were in your position, I would hand write a letter of apology in my best writing (I've failed exams because it can be crap), whilst explaining that I only had the best intentions, did not perceive fully the stress and worries of organizing such an event. I now recognise the potential implications to my employer and fellow drivers and hope that you would accept this written apology. etc etc Then send it a week after the festival is over so he might actually have the time to read it. It would be worth 1000 vlog apologies that may never be seen. One reason I worry enough to comment is..I have investments and see that the interest rate may well rise another 1.25% over 2024 and house prices may start to fall. Think job security over the near future. G luck!

When you was parked in Sedgemoor services, you do realise you was parked in the coach only bays, as a coach driver this is very frustrating when we turn up and can’t park because of lorries being parked in these allocated spaces

i vwas going to say that on the opening day 21/06/23 (the wednesday) and rest of the days the bbc where at the festival so i dont see why they let the bbc breakfeast film and not you plus it was bad of them not to have signs up plus i think they should take the ban back if they can and there is no need to aplogise
I have put a ban on anything from Glastonbury the greedies can do without my support how ever little that is. No doubt the country will be supplying some financial support to the greedies. The ones i have heard are pretty crap anyway.. As i am now following you from Thailand it is nice to see various areas and work going on in Britain. I see regularly (every day) similar lorries with loads of containers from Laem Chabang. Some of them gas driven.

I should think that Glastonbury have exclusive rights deal with the BBC and other media groups that includes provision that no other individuals or companies are allowed to film on the site, this usually leads to these kinds of issues when someone like yourself turns up with your vlog.

Firstly I hope you and your family are settling in to the new house well. It’s such a rollercoaster buying a house.
Not trying to kick you and I’m pretty sure you’ve admitted this yourself but in the most recent ban, you did antagonise the company with a loophole of your filming location (along with some other comments 😉).
I think your videos would be perfectly fine if you can’t show any loading/unloading. Show us the load on your next break, show us your drive to and from the sites and if you could get permission from a site to film your loading all the better if not it doesn’t matter to the video. Most of us, no matter our profession have encountered these rules. We don’t have to agree with them or even understand them but we do have to follow them for the sake of our employers and employment.
Make life easier for you and your employers. I really don’t think missing the actual loading on site will stop any of us viewing your videos.

I like the driving, parking up for the night rather than the loading and unloading. Going down those narrow roads and villages, that for me is what I'm here too see. I Luke wants to show us how he has strapped down he can do this on his break. I do like too know how the load is strapped rather than seeing the actual loading\unloading as I see this every day.

You push the boundaries of the sites you visit, however unreasonable they seem, until they end up banning you! One of these days there will end up being so few sites you can deliver to that your company will fire you! You're now a home owner and enslaved to your mortgage lender. You can't afford to lose your job..... 🤦

Quick question….how do these places remember a driver is banned,do they take a note of trucks number plate or do they just ban the company??

I really don’t wanna sound big headed but normally if they ban a driver they’ll forget but it’s a little harder with me. So sometimes it’s the company instead. That’s the worst thing. Luckily, all of the places that I am banned from the company isn’t
