My home course, hole 9 crosses the road and it is written on the score card, if you hit the power lines you get to re-tee with no penalty.
Medium rare to medium well depending on the cut. Certain cuts become more tender the longer they are cooked and have better flavor.

I've started to do Medium for my steaks as I find when I order Medium Rare, it tends to be more on the 'Rare' side. So by ordering Medium, it tends to be closer to "Medium Rare' :)

Rare to med rare. If the pink is gone, take the steak back. Don't ruin good beef that way.
