- Fore, a village found in a valley of County Westmeath.
It is an amazing place which contains the upstanding remains of numerous archaeological features and is associated with St Feichín who founded an Early Christian monastery there around 630 AD.
The seven wonders of Fore are connected with St Feichín’s miraculous powers, which we will show you in this video.

I would visit Fore regularly to visit my dear friend Beatrice Coffey who owns the Abbey House pub. Call in for a quer pint of Guinness..
Good Video .. the "Tree that will not burn has been replaced from the dead coin filled Y shaped remains i remember in the 70's.
