Hello, does anyone help me out? I purchased Engwe EP-2 Pro Slategray last week and I am having difficulties with seating due to me 5’4 height and the seat is close to handlebar. How do I move seat to slide back little bit?
Hi ENGWE. Quick question because this is my first electric bike: In a normal bicycle, if you spin the wheel, it will spin for quite a long time. For me it loses speed almost immediately. There is noise and a kind of friction in the brakes.
This made me dizzy. Worst install video ever. I have a lectric xp and looking to buy this. From my research spare parts customer service is hell. One selling point is the 750 watt motor and spare battery combo with mag wheel rims. Mag wheels are zero maintainence.

I recieved EP-2 pro today what i ordered.The front fork is not symetric.I cant place the front wheel in straigth… So dissapointed.

Ebikes have more resistance because of the motor.
