Hair fall in monsoon is a most common & natural phenomena due to hot and humid climate conditions. This high-on-humidity weather is the main reason behind hair fall. Hair’s chemical structure makes it unusually sensitive to airborne hydrogen. In this weather, your hair absorbs hydrogen, forming bonds and make them frizzy. But, you can take care of your hair by following these 6 simple and small everyday tips, which we otherwise ignore.
Humidity during the monsoons also means that there is build up from sweat on your scalp, which needs to be washed frequently to keep you hair clean. Leaving the hair dirty means that there could be dandruff, which can make hair weak and brittle, and eventually fall.
Since Hair fall can happen due to variety of reasons, following a good healthy lifestyle is also important. You have to eat healthy, be relaxed and lower down the stress level in order to help remedies to be more effective against hair fall.

Myself stopped my hair fall with these. Detangling your hair gently with a wide tooth wooden comb to prevent breakage, especially when hair is wet and more prone to breakage. Use liiitlleextra cooconinon hair oil shampoo hair conditioner 2 times a week. This is essential step of my hair care routine and performed well in hair fall reduction.
I have been using this Cocoonioon shampoo for the last 5 months. Certain shampoos make the scalp feeling dry and itchy, but with this shampoo. Hair loss has decreased somewhat. Overall, it’s a good product.

Ma'am i have tried all but of no use during mansoon season.. Oil application se bahut saare hair fall.., apply curd doesn't suit on me during these days.. Apple cider vinegar makes my hair more dry.. Each and every days i face more hair fall.... This has been happening with me for last 8 or 10 years.. I lost my 80% hair during mansoon..

Wanted to share my feed back. Out of all ur points the most relevant point as per me is applying warm hair oil with cotton . I was having severe hair fall on hair oil application and dreaded application of oil . After ur video i gathered the courage to apply oil. I warmed hair oil and applied lightly with cotton and put a hot towel and didint tie my hair tightly which we usually did tight choti types....
Viola on shampoo i hardly saw any hairfall in my bathroom. Thanks a lot for this tip which I wasn't aware.

Mam I have tried nearly every remidies to grow my hair length but nothing works for me my hair growth is very low and after a certain fix length it stops growing and i my hair is low piriocity type please try to a video for this problem i have been requesting for this from long time but you never replied

Mam I followed your onion+ castor oil hack. And it worked for me miraculously. Hairfall has reduced by 80% after using it for almost 2 and half months. But mam can I keep onion juice on scalp overnight as I don't get time in the day easily..lots of respect mam
thats too strong for keeping that long, use for short duration before head wad or may be use onion oil instead, that can be left for overnight

Can we use tea tree oil as an essential oil inspite of Rosemary Essential oil?
Rosemary oil does not have any side effects and yes you can use tea tree oil but its possible that you will face some side effects if you have sensitive scalp
Mam I use amla reetha shikakai powder to wash my hair. Now that i had started applying heena indigo duo to colour them, I am quite sceptical as to if i use powder or any of the hair masks the colour may wash out... So, how much time gap must be there as to reduce lightening of hair color

mam I have a question..i have been using onion juice + castor oil for approx 1.5 months and i had planned to continue till end of july month....But as i have seen this video now i am realising that maybe onion is not for monsoon season..so please rectify my doubt and tell me if i can continue the oinion application or not?

I think since your hair is already used to onion and more over you are mixing it will castor oil which gives good moisture, you can continue. When you seeing benefits and hair is getting used to it.. don't think there is a need to stop.
