I feel bad for the guy who bought that, looks pretty good from the outside, but inside, smashed! couple of hard launches maybe after the new motor, makes terrible noises, strip plug out checking fluid, dump tons of fluid in as the fix, sell for full price. MmmMm I don't like Harley's but the serviceability of the trans on the bike seems good, no splitting cases here.
the bike seems to had problems before this buyer bought it!!!put a band aid on it and sell it!!!happens a lot!!great vid rock!!

Should be an 80ci EVO motor the 88 didn’t come out till late 1998 I think. Either way cool bike love the videos glad your back !
Wow. I hope the buyer didn’t pay a lot for that bike. If the transmission is in that condition I would wonder about the engine . Looks like it was patched up enough to get rid of their problem.

I feel sorry for the owner. This was definitely a problem the previous owner knew about.
Filling the gearbox full of oil to make it quieter was a dishonest thing to do.
Looks like a nice bike apart from that.

Hey Rock random question. Do you have a 1997 sportsman in your lot? If so could you send a photo of the front panel and expose all the wiring underneath it?
I just got a sportsman this week and none of the indicator lights on the dash worked but when I did get them working my engine no longer had spark. So something is definitely messed up

Hey! I have a fourtrax 300 and it only has spark when i hit the starter and when i realease nothing in between any ideas, changed the stator and nothing.
Quick question i live in west Virginia so i cant really bring it to you but my boss has a Polaris Razor 1000 that won't start unless you spray starting fluid in the carb once you spray it then it'll fire up and run perfect until you shut it off then you've gotta spray starting fluid in the carburetor again to get it started back he said that someone told him it was the crank sensor on the flywheel that is causing the issue do you have any ideas as to what it could be or if it the crank sensor is indeed what's causing his problem with it not starting like it should
