I prefer the screw in anchor. This is too complicated.

Then you have to empty out the sand, while it is blowing all over you, then you still take about a pound of sand home with you in your car.

The Shade Anchor doens't hold sand. There's less sand in the Shade Anchor than in your beach towel.
