- Baby #2 is finally here! It only took what felt like a long time to get you here, with weeks of prodromal labour. But I am so grateful to have answered prayer over a redemptive and spiritual birth at home - thank You Jesus!
God bless.

Hi Dani, I found you like probably many here did - from your birth vlogs. I saw this one before I saw the first one - after the first one went to watch all your previous videos, and then watched this one again with a good understanding of what it took to get you here. I want to say how blessed I am to watch your journey, and the sacrifices and pain you went through when it seemed like you'd never have a baby. Your reward is your descendants, who will grow up hopefully with the kind of faith you have in the Lord. You are a strong woman with a very sweet demeanor and personality. Thanks for sharing your life with us. I know you're busy with two kids now and a whole life to run, and vlogging is definitely NOT on the priority list, but if you ever get back to it, I'll be here to watch. God bless you and your husband and kids, and everything you strive to do.
@@christina5kids16grands awe this absolutely made my day! Thank you so much for taking time to bless me with this comment. 💕 I certainly miss UA-cam. It was a great outlet for me during debilitating health issues and infertility. It was a lonely time, and creating videos was something that I enjoyed. However, I’ve had a lot of storage/technology issues, and wanting to still protect my kiddos privacy is something that is hard to do when they’re little and with all the time. I’m not saying never, but this was encouraging to hear that there’s some that are willing to watch if I get back on. It does inspire me to want to do it again, Lord willing we will see. ☺️ May the Lord bless you! ❤️
@@danifriesen9137 Oh wow thank you for responding!! Hey I forgot to mention, watch Kenz's face at 18:20 when your baby is lifted out of the water! Hahaha I watched that over and over again.
Anyway, you are very wise to not put your kids all over the internet - it's a foolish thing to do these days so follow your protective instincts on that. Hopefully I'll see you around here again one day. Have a blessed Labor Day weekend!
@@christina5kids16grands awe I had to watch it a couple times! I feel bad because now I notice he’s really trying to see baby boy and it was tough for him to see! Thanks for sharing. 💕 It’s been awhile since I’ve watched it and he’s almost 2! 🥺 thank you so much! You have a lovely and safe Labour Day weekend as well! 💕
So inspiring! Im preganny with baby #2 and honestly I'm nervous but videos like yours give me the motivation that everything will be fine! ❤❤
@@Capricornmoon8 congratulations!! There’s so many good resources and positive stories out there, praying for peace and a healthy delivery!
Amazing ❤❤ bawled my eyes out of course. What an amazing, peaceful and redemptive birth! Kenz did amazing too - I’m so honoured that you shared this part of your story!
Awe thank you ❤️🥺 It really was amazing - and I’m thankful for all the support I had!
Good grief my commentary 🤦🏻♀️ someone should have told me to shut up haha. Crying all over again though, I’m so proud of you and so happy for you all ❤
Don’t hate me for having that in there. 😂 I remember you saying a few things during birth and watching it back brings special memories ❤️ love you and appreciated all you did! 😍
You are doing so well 👏 congratulation, your strengh is beautiful and inspired me!
That was beautiful! Can’t wait for our homebirth with our next baby. Did you do any classes/Hypnobabies type thing to stay so calm? You were amazing!!
Can’t wait for you to experience it - it’s beautiful! Thank you so much ❤️ I did not, the biggest thing for me was worship music and prayer. I had a very intense labour previously so this was much more bearable. ☺️
So amazing!!!!!! Crying ❤❤❤❤ you did a great job! I’m due in May and preparing for my first home birth, doing a water birth as well. Dads have it so easy, lol they get to just sit and watch us do all the hard work 😂😂😂
Ahhh congratulations mama! Hope you’re doing well! ❤
Great job and congrats on your new addition!
Currently expecting my second baby (due July) and am going to have another home birth! Also doing a suprise gender . I found out with my daughter (currently 2) and am so excited to wait this time ❤
Only seeing this now- congratulations mama!! ❤ hope all is going well.
Wow, amazing! Congratulations strong momma! Thanks for sharing ❤
Awe thank you! 💕
Beautifully done! Congratulations 🎉
Thank you! ❤️
Wow. Mom made that look easy
Congratulations 💙 Beautiful birth thanks for sharing💜
Thank you! ❤️
Very beautiful video
Congratulations!!!!!
Thank you! ❤️
How was your midwife able to break your water? Mine has never offered that as an option even though I've gone WAY overdue with my babies (42+ weeks) and eventually had to be induced with my youngest. I assumed it wasn't in her scope of practice with the risk of infection being so high or something. I might have to ask her about it this time, I'm due with my 5th baby next month and really hoping I don't have a repeat of my last birth. Induction was HORRIBLE compared to natural labor.
It seems like it really depends where you live with what the midwives are qualified/comfortable with doing different things. Where I am, they don’t allow you to do home birth once you hit 42 weeks, which is why she was able to offer breaking my water. I was avoiding artificial hormone induction at all costs because I had one with my first too and I can agree with it being nothing like labour without it! I’m so sorry you’re worrying about that at the end of pregnancy, I know it is stressful. Definitely ask your midwife! I would’ve been okay to wait if they would’ve been okay with it. My little guy seemed to be stuck even after lots of spinning babies and miles circuit.. so not sure when he would’ve come had she not break my water. Congratulations on baby #5!! So exciting, praying it all goes well ❤️
Also can I ask you a question please?
The mom is amazing 💪 I would have sent all the chatty ladies out though 😅😅
Why did you have a home birth?
I wanted to give birth in a familiar and safe environment, which I felt home offered that. I had a midwife so that was an option this time around, and I’ve heard nothing but positive birth stories of women giving birth at home! I had an intense birth with my daughter, so I prayed for a redemptive birth and that it was! It was so peaceful.
