The limit for modifiers should be 2,147,483,647 basically no, you'll never reach it. There is a point in every build where using a different modifier is stronger though, so its best to spread around and get other % too
Can someone tell me why Bolt Crusher is better then Metal Detector Mk47 for this build? Metal Detector +9 gives u plus 25% damage in cross impact and Atk + 240. Bolt Crusher gives u Atk + 360 only and extra damage to rolling cross (useless) in this build.

the Weapon is the strongest upgrade, the headgear with Acute5 is also quite a nice jump in damage

Either is fine, jdr has better critrate, agudo has better damage
reload set and force set gives better CI damage than thief/assasin/Gx set?

I find Sharp much more efficient to use, since it helps way more with critical rate. Fatal is alright to use as well.

Do you think is it still important to have 220 Critical nowadays? With the new damage cards I'm having a hard time having over 150 CRIT.
You can get away with less in specific boss killing setups, but in general you don't want to lose out on critical hits.

Would a Judgement+Repent Slasher build, forgoing crit be a lot worse than this?

Force needs to be refined yea, but its only stronger vs nonMH bosses. Either set is fine to use

It will not miss, same thing as a critical autoattack

Because there are new items and ways to build the build. Cross Impact is still viable and one of the strongest skills on nova.

I asked him about it on his stream, He said that its 2% stronger than +10 str soutane and auto armor is still stronger.

Also the utility of some rolling cutter damage is not completely useless.
