- I just finished this build...it's a scale head fo this 250 kit.
I used the original blade grips and plastic main blades from Align.
I Installed the Align 3G flybarless stabilizer to improve control.
That is an awesome really bad ass helicopter

It is called "translational tendency". The tail rotor creates thrust which needs to be eleminated by a cyclic input opposite of the lateral movement created by tail rotor. Thus tilting the heli to that side, very simple:)

About the tilted to right that is common even in real helicopters, if you pay attention in certain real helicopters at landing you will see that they always touch down on side first.
Awesone work! Could you tell me which component did you use for grip mounting? The metal part between grip and center console? It was create by you, or is it some common part? Than you very much!

This was this the first rotorhead for 250 size, I will make another one in a month or less, I will make a video How to make !!, is not difficult if you have access to machine tools. The worst part is the modification of the Swash Plate.
Because this was the first ( I made to a friend ) and I have short time, I can not do more test, I think this head can fly INDOOR without need of stabilizer ( Align 3G in this one).
Love the custom made swash. Is this the same 250 in your other video (the white one)? The paint job looks awesome. Great Work !!

I'm planning to build more scale helis in this size, one per month with different fuselages bodies, included ones with retracts system...
@krumrick2 This custom rotor is amazing, well thought, certainly gave a lot of work and patience to change ..... I have a T-REX 250, is very tiny and a lot of work to assemble and repair, including the use magnifying glasses to handle a few pieces .... just too bad that only works with flybarless system .... all rotors Multiblade only work this way .... = (. Really, who has no patience, 250 models are not recommended.
Beautiful job, and your machining skills are awesome to create your own 5-blade rotorhead!

In fact i'm plan to make this litle ones for sell,,,but if you like this you will love the ones that I have in mind.
this litle ones are cheaper and easy to send worlwide ( small packages).
This is the first attempt to build a scale head for this size, I used the Align 3G to ensure better control even in windy days.

A respeito do 3G, ele não substitui o Helicommand não !!, simplesmente ajuda no controle do heli em certas condições.
Agora...ontem mesmo acabei de pegar um FLYMENTOR 3D,,,vou fazer um video do setup de ele completo, alem de mostrar voando. Isto ate o proximo final de semana estara pronto.

There is lot of options to buy this fueelage and mechanics, all depends of the best offer, take a look at e-bay first, the cost to build this litle bird up to $ 600.00 all included, the fuselage only U$S 60.00
Hey ...truely great build...I do have a question...Ive seen this tilt in real heli's....its strange too me. can this be fixed in RC helis ...with balancing.....and as far as your lighting system...did you build yourself or is it a kit....if you built your self what did you use...and if it is a kit ..which kit did you use ..I like the tail light and how its mounted...I usually see it mounted on top. But again great build. Do you have more?

What Motor pinion did you use? What is your headspeed? I have one and the tail will not hold very well due to the torque. I thought of getting another pinion to try to correct.

O valor total de um destes sem o radio R$ 1800,00, ja montado e com placa de luzes + rotor de cinco pas incluido. O custo so das partes R$ 1500,00
O radio custa ate R$ 1400,00 ( o melhor pra ele com 9 canais ).
