I had Kundalini symptoms from October 2023 til April 2024. I had my Kundalini awakening 4/24/24. Now I'm doing shadow work and feeling much better. Still a lot of energy blocked in my lower back I wake up to every morning but came up from my left hip finally. I'm fatigued alot still and out of energy pretty quickly. Feeling tingles in my head and grounding as much as possible. I live in Alaska so it's a little hard to sun gaze cuz sun down around midnight. And sun up at 4 am. I'm learning to handle and acknowledge my spiritual awakening little by little. Had sinusitis 3x in March so bad I looked like Rudolph the red nosed reindeer. I had to get medicine to get it out of my nose. Cleanse your self and your home and do yoga to get out blocked energy.
Try ignore it.
Though it is out of world, could be disturbing bt euphoric also.
Whenever you feel this way give intentions... whatever my body can contain plz be there & any extra energy goes down to earth for healing mother earth or goes back to source.
Learn to shed all those emotions which don't serve you anymore.
Do grounding & don't get attached to any experience.
Just offer gratitude for making you it's vessel.
Stay blessed with your expanded consciousness

When you feel a snake-like feeling coming from your stomach up to your throat once it gets to the throat your eyes will roll back into your head it happened to me next to my father sitting next to me I asked my father what I look like I heard the pop at the top of my head but then in 2015 this happened the Kundalini in 2017 at night time between 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. I started seeing strange things the things I seen did not hurt me or harm me although they was not of this world

The picture of the hand drew me to look….I am a healer and lately my hands have been glowing red in the same place as the picture…..The lower red palm area pluses and feels strange……I have all Symptoms…….I do yoga, Thai chi, bath in salt and night face cream is lavender……Everything said resonates….I need to drink more water…..been doing the breathing mudras, that helps….The inner knowing is strong…THANK YOU….IT EXPLAINS WHATS HAPPING…I was wondering what was happening with my hands…….

@@HeatherShivak yes,,had to keep scratching hard and do a dig rub with nails on the other hand…….have you tried seeing the energy that comes from finger tips……in case you don’t know, here’s how to do it….Dim light on a night time, bstand in front of a white or grey wall about 5 feet away. Hold Your arms out, relax at the elbows slightly, bring your fingers together with your thumb…..focus your vision not directly at them but, just past them. Your intention now is to see the energy…slowly open finger tips, like hold a boil egg….slowly draw them together again and repeat slowly …..(it may not happened straight away, may have try next night or so). Then a purplish black haze smoke will come out of finger..then you can start to make it bigger and smaller….can get up to about 20 cm the last time I tried…..take care..God bless You.

I too was falsely led by the thumbnail picture of glowing hands for some months, I have been experiencing high, kinetic energy with literal sparks and rivers of fire that follow my fingers across my blanket and pillow. I am a deep believer in Jesus Christ, the almighty and his word. I have been through learning and seeking and searching such as this new age that avoids all mention of the creator of the universe and the precious savior Jesus Christ. The power that I feel is overwhelming the Holy Spirit and I challenge anyone to even consider that they are on the wrong path if they are not on the path to Jesus, love forgiveness cleansing and yes, these days changes in our bodies as we prepare to leave this earth and go home.
This deception and the topic that is void of the creator himself, is evidence. While these symptoms describe the transformation of the body as some of us prepare for the shedding of this earthly body. It is far greater to anticipate and contemplate the heavenly realm in which we will spend eternity versus those who have fallen into the seduction of the dark priesthood..

How I know is how I looked is because my father told me my eyes was rolled back in my head and I was just moving weird like my body like moving back and forth at the kitchen table I didn't know what happened I thought I had a stroke or something but then I found out about Kundalini I told my father something hard was coming up through me towards my throat I thought I was dying and I asked him to hold my hand his hand felt so soft that day that morning anyways this really happened

I have many of these plus severe night sweats. After failed low back surgery I have been blocked in lower chakras and the accompanying nerves and organs such as the colon and bladder. I sincerely need a medbed to recover. I have always been challenged with Gaia’s gravity. Anyone else?
I too had many failed back surgeries. But let me tell you, Find the info on your body energy and body blockages to help you understand what and why it is blocked. Find yoga for that body part. if too stagnant like now most having back pains, do your Shadow work as well. right now ALOT of us are having major back pains from the solar flares. They said NOTHING will stop us and this from happening. Change your thoughts, change your life! I can't tell you how important this is for ascension, We have 3 days til summer strawberry solstice. Get into nature, be one with it, meditate and see. Good luck

Something happened to me the other day during meditation. My both hands were open. Until I felt energy in my both hands. It started from the tips of my fingers, then suddenly I felt that there were balls of energy on the top of my both palms. In circular motion clockwise both at the same time. I don't know what is that, I didn't open my eyes to see if those balls of energy were visible. It lasts for a few minutes because I decided to stop it slowly by closing my palm. Can someone explain what is that? I'm just new in this spiritual journey. And I meditate every morning. There's a lot of transformations during meditation. Thanks in advance for those who can explain this amazing thing.

My pains TALK to me on a much deeper level.
My body CHANNEL GOD "I AM", DIVINE MOTHER, JESUS, MOTHER MARY, all of my "HIGHER SELVES" including ISIS.
My EYE SIGHT has diminished to make way for my DEEPER VISIONS.
My BACK aches because I am being made aware that MESSAGES are coming from DEEP within.
GOD "I Am's" energy feels very HOT.
ARCHANGEL GABRIEL's energy feels very COLD.
My HANDS heat up like FIRE when I touch someone/something that needs healing.
I do a great deal of spiritual work with JESUS and others in the SPIRIT REALMS so require a lot of SLEEP on a daily basis.
