Shri Vijayendra Prasad Hon’ble MP is great thinker, a Visionary and a practical leader. His ideas can be implemented. I too have known personally Mr Santanam IAS. Rare to find such officer. He has ensured people participation particularly Radio Amateurs ie Hams in Rescue and Relief operations and saved several lives and property . Only recently our PM Modiji took decision based on Mr Santanam decisions and asked Dept of Telecommunications to allow any one seeking two way wireless devices by making License process easy.
