  • Valentine's Day caters to chocolate lovers more than any other holiday throughout the year. But, consuming chocolate doesn't have to be an unhealthy habit that we must avoid. Chocolate, with its minerals and antioxidant benefits, can be a healthy and delicious addition to desserts, snacks, and foods of all kinds - as long as the chocolate is real and natural.

The link to Instagram “chocolate oatmeal” is in a foreign language…? What is up with that. It will not play and I do not understand what it is instructing me to do. Where else can I get the recipe in English?

This Prebiotic Cacao Oatmeal Bowl recipe makes 2 servings, and any milk of choice can be substituted as desired. Yogurt can also be added for a full prebiotic-probiotic combination.
      You will need:
      1 cup rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk or favorite milk of choice
      1 Tablespoon raw Cacao Powder
      1 Tablespoon raw mild honey
      1 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)
      ½ teaspoon Almond Extract
      pinch of real salt
In mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, Cacao Powder, honey, Cinnamon, Almond Extract and salt. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, divide into bowls. Finish off by topping with Fresh fruit and extra Cacao nibs, if desired.
      Enjoy!
