Strength of will strength of your physical body strength of your self. You stay strong you will attract attention and achieve goals and hence you gain power. Threw power you gain victory. Use your power against what you want to use it against and you will be victorious if you have the previous steps still going on. When your victorious you ascend. Your power doubles your stronger. Chains symbolism being traped in your current position but when you achieve victory you ascend to new chains which cause the process to start all over again unless you break all of your chains including your personal chains. The force shall set your free. This is mostly fictional but you can translate it into this. When all else fails and you still have the passion the strength and the power. Let your Fight or flight emotions take over and unleash everything at once. This is reserved for the DO or DIE moments of your life your free of all chains include your chains of restraint your chains of control over your self. So basically your insane at this point to everyone else. This is why you will feel everything on a heighten level as your control denies you these passions. These are short lived however unless you have enough power to control the world. Most likely you dont have this power and will die and even if you die your free however which is the beauty of it because you dont care why would you care its all or nothing at this point.
