When i was a kid i used to visualize myself doing different things i used to see in anime. Like firing energy balls, collecting Ki energy and dispersing it where i want, i used to use energy to fly like in dragonball z. I would create my own worlds where i had super powers. Main reason i did that though was to escape the real world. We had a hard life growing up. I didnt feel safe at home or in school so id escape to a better place. The good thing is that it really helped me get good at visualizing and now i can really use it to manifest things

Good video with excellent exercises. Always remember to add feelings to your visualisation as only then will it be strong enough to materialize. These exercises will only work if you are consistent in your discipline and ignore the actual 3d reality. Your reality today is a sum of your past creations, so if you want to change your reality, it is really important to not stay stuck with what is your reality now. It is temporary. Let it be , let it go. Ignore and believe wholeheartedly you are creating a new reality with your heart and mind. You are a powerful creator. ๐นโค๏ธ๐ฅ

This is the truth we will get everything we deserve and we deserve it all.
The reason you see 3 everywhere is because its the essence of man. All humans are 3 in one. Mind body and spirit. The body give the foundation- instincts and intuitions, from the spirit you get the will and interlect. These two opposites the physical and ethereal are connected in the mind that is the symbolic realm- symbolic map of reality. The body and spirit is the essence of masculinity and the symbolic mind is the feminine.
This pattern repeats at the macro aswell the individual (body), the culture (mind) and government (spirit). Usually its pagan sociatys that represent God as 3 because they where going into trances and extatic states and in the chaos they projected there own selves onto the void.
The real cause of are modern problems is that we are living in a post enlightenment paradigm.The tabularraza that we are blank slates to be worked on. This idea is half false, its not true but it can be made to become true. This happens when, through various means, the people are made to take the symbolic representations of reality in place of actual reality and so everything becomes a social construct. The deeper you fall into it this the more your intire reality is manipulated. This cuts you of from your intuitions, from your human essence. And the deeper you go the more you have to rely on pure reason. This is what leave people feeling empty or like there is somthing profoundly wrong with the world.
We have natural human intuitions why do you like deing hugged? Why do you not like deing hurt? etc... The idea of cause preciding effect, numbers, basic ideas of motion, morality and God are all human intuitions. All humans are born with these intuitions and so there is a deep understanding of the world of men of truth. Your analytical mind is supposed to use this as its foundation so a combinationof intuative and analytical thinking. From the enlightenment project as mentioned earlier the idea of the tabularraza, this is related to the sovereignty of the individual another enlightenment value. They go against human intuitions so the natural intuitions are attacked within the system and so people are attomized. In this state any design can be worked on the people any story can be crafted this is reflected in modern political systems communism, capitalism, fascism and liberalism are all liberals experiments, diffrend designs that come out of enlightenment philosophy. The post structuralists are just acknowledging this they are not against it they dont want to go back to the old world like say a religion like Islam which is the most inline with human intuition. What they want is to see haw far this paradim can be pushed. I dont agree with what they are trying.
You can think of culture as a kind of accumulated knowledge ment to help you quickly adapt to the reality of life. It is ment to be based in human experience. Modern culture is unnatural and constructed from the top dawn, it should be more properly called social engineering.
Knowledge and awareness are whats important. Knowledge you accrue over time but your awareness can be limited or have blind spots which then effect your knowledge. The best exercise to help in all areas of life are exercises that expand awareness. We live in the fabric of society, businesses governments institutions, its all just people, human being just like you. When you expand your awareness you can intuitively gain knowledge of the world because its just knowledge of people, its intrinsic
For example the extream stress of hatred meditation (our upbringing dose not acknowledge righteous anger-an easyblind spot) snd its the easiest emotion to roots you in the body.
These ideas are from the book cultivating power: the art of self development its by khan khattak you can surch for it in amazon.
An exercise from the book lets say you want to amplify anger. In the book it says you would cume up with 3-4 scenarios where you would naturally feel anger. E.g. someone disrespecting you in public, another man trying to seduce your wife etc.. now dont try to force the feeling aggressively just go through each of the 4 scenarios and then keep switching between them at random and the emotion running throughout will become amplifyed on its own. You can keep pushing it further and further antil you reach your limit. Naw wave your hand as fast as you can so its blurred and naw your amped try to see your fingertips clearly. Rest repeat for 3 set, dont do the exercise again for at least 2 weeks. This simple exercise works wonders you can read the book for more techniques and thoughts on the human condition. We just have to keep imagining and saying what we desire, no matter how long it takes, and eventually it will reach the subconscious through repetition. When it reaches the subconscious, then itโll believe it, and then it manifests. I know that, but am still working on not giving up. But I manifested so many wonderful things when I did not give up and kept at itโฆ got to stop my self-sabotage!!! ๐ค
