    Episode 9: Grand Canyon
    Vistas. Hiking. Hangry.
The last stop on our 15-day, 6 National Park roadtrip was the breathtaking Grand Canyon, South Rim!
You can take the free shuttle bus from the Visitor Center or drive until the public road ends.
As you enter the park, one minute you're on the road surrounded by forest and then BAM you see this marvelous canyon appear! We will always remember that feeling. The panoramic views of the Grand Canyon are spectacular!
We partially hiked the Bright Angel Trail, but didn’t make it too far because the trail was really slippery from the leftover snow and there were mosquitoes everywhere.
*Tip: Wear bug spray and of course bring water and snacks!
We opened up the awning and made lunch in the parking lot; pretty sure we drew a lot of head turns!
We stayed at the Grand Canyon Camper Village right outside the park in Tusayan.
Everyone should visit the Grand Canyon at least once in their lifetime to appreciate just how remarkable it truly is.
