World champion and world items dont mean that the person cant be affected by instant death effects since it would need to be done by a world item for it to be negated like that. Also since only the heart is damaged, the corpses are mostly intact and can be harvested as materials in good quality. In hindsight, the culling of Quagoa is the correct choice. They planned to betray the Frost Dragons once they have the population to overwhelm them to win. If they join Nazarick in full population, they will still think they can rebel later on. By destroying them this easy and early, they gave up. Also, offscreen, Nazarick now has air transport services in form of the frost dragons under Shalltear. Service extended to Baharuth Empire and Dwarven Kingdom. There is one direct flight from Nazarick to Carne Village and vice versa as Lupusregina Beta mentioned to Enri she rode one arriving to Carne Viilage that time.
The Quagoa Leader (The orange looking one) and Emperor Jircniv become close friends bc they are both relate to being anxious and stressed bc of Ainz. It’s quite wholesome. 😅 After this I’m pretty sure book 12-13 are skipped and we get a time skip to book 14 so they have a new “ally” by this time skip which is kind of confusing if you weren’t aware that the anime skipped two books bc they wanted to make them into a movie 🙃
The true "Dragon Lords" *cannot be* instantly killed. True Dragon Lord have resistance to Instant Death Magic, where in practical true dragon lord will only get stun if attacked by those type of spell.
