Superb modelling, HO 16.5 for Broad Gauge ( a bit out of scale) and HO3,5 for NG (3'6") Model HO 1/87...
For correct trackgauge, 5'3" should be
63/87 inch or 1600/87 mm...

That is H0n3 for the 3'6" narrow gauge, the correct gauge should be 12mm but the look is perfect for narrow/broad dual gauge track.
There are also long standing historical reasons why a lot of modellers use H0n3 in South Australia.
