Thank you so much for posting these Fox Clark and McCullough shorts. I hope nothing bad will happen to me since I watched this on a Sunday. 🤓 A filmed stage play and a pretty entertaining one. I was either enjoying the comic routines, enjoying the girls or being aghast by that mid dance number - but never bored. Good stuff.
McCullough was my grandmother's Uncle, my grandmother's Daddy was Cable McCullough Paul's brother. My father was named after him Donald Paul Hicks "The Truth Will set You Free" and "Have you met the man on the cross" sold on Amazon of you scroll on the picture of his book you see a picture at the end
The corn is as high as an elephant's eye. But our heroes plunge ahead anyway. This approach works great in some of the RKO shorts, but this feels like burlesque gone bad.

Great to see nothing's changed with the passing of time. Titillating eye candy is never out of style. Thanks for posting this comic delight.
Lois Moran would go on to star in two Gershwin musicals. I have never heard her sing until now.

While I admit not to laughing all that much at C & McC, I'm really happy much of their stuff has survived, particularly their earliest movies.
Amazingly clear.
Go straight to @11.05 - that siva naifi is actually very high quality. Not many Samoans can do that dance nowadays.

A lot of early comedies felt like burlesques gone bad.
Thanks for posting this! I wonder whatever happened to these guys!
