As I do every year I celebrate our special day by shining the light on a female perfumer. This year I decided to talk about one of my favorire perfumers and that is Louise Turner, the nose behind some of my favourites perfumes like Lost Cherry and Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet.

Love this focus on another female perfumer. I have quite a few from Louise Turner including Blanche Bete, Lust in Paradise, Angel Nova and Iced Star! I also like that she is British (as a fellow Brit) especially given so few well known perfumers seem to be 🙂 I probably only have more in my collection from Quentin Bisch perhaps... he and Chris Maurice are usually who I say are my favourites, but I had definitely underestimated just how many from Louise Turner I have.

I remember sharing with you last year on your video about the majority of my fragrances being created by women perfumers. This year my collection is 25 perfumes and 20 are by female perfumers! My nose still definitely has a bias / preference it seems 😊

Hello Noura, "Angel iced star" and "Lazy sunday morning"are 2 of Louise Turner's creations I purchased and love. Another woman perfumer I love the creations of is Sonia Constant, being the creator of many Narciso's and Ella K brand (I own and love "for her forever" and "lettre de Pushkar" is on my wishlist...)

Great video Noura! Alas I only have Lost Cherry from her. Calice Becker would be a great choice, I own Woman In Gold from her. Nathalie Lorson is the woman most represented in my collection, otherwise It’s mostly various male perfumers, or unknowns. Quentin Bisch shows up an impressive 6 times in my collection.
