Bjorn lacks the conviction to hold the throne.... he didn't go looking for Lagatha, he never avenged or even addressed his daughters mysterious death and for the 3rd time he has left Ivar a heartbeat. He's a fool to think death is more certain than than Ivar's return with a massive force or a well calculated and executed plan.

This video is excellent, and the music suits Ivar's character. Alex Hogh has been on Vikings for only two seasons, and he's become a favorite with many because of his striking looks and because Alex Hogh is a truly exceptional young actor who I hope will have a long and illustrious career. I for one also like the character because he is a refreshing change from the usual Wagnerian stereotypes of the Norse and the cloying stereotypes of disabled people that are so common in popular media, and since Ragnar died and they re-vamped Lagertha as a middle aged Xena Warrior Princess Ivar is the character who keeps Vikings fresh and interesting and gory...what would a show about Vikings be if it didn't have a little Saxon violence? #terriblepun #AlexHogh
