      Hadd se jyada khate hein to sirka ban gaya hein .... Or halki khati hein to aapne pake huwe palam nagi leye honge ... Theak se na pake huwe plum mein kaafi khatta pann hota hein .... Viniger jitni khati nahi lag rahe to wine ko aap pe sakte ho

      @@monturobert469 bhaout jyada khata hein to vinegar ban gaya hein ... Vinegar ki taraha use kejeye .... Itna khata nahi hein to bhai thoda thoda kr k pe sakte hein ... New batch start kr sakte hein

    Sir i have two questions
    1 if we use sodium metabisulphite even then is it necessary to use boling water?
    2. To see the degree of content how we calculate alcohol percentage.
    It's my first time to make wine

      If ur using sodium or potassium metabisulphite then no need use boiled water.
      Just follw the video u will get 12-13% alchole in ur wine or u need hydrometer and refractometer

    Sir, I added potassium metabisulfite in this wine mix after 3 days because meri other wine mein junglee yeast bann gayi thi, but I think fermentation ruk Gaya hai, koi solution? Yeh plum wine bohot Dino se bubble kar rahi thi bohot acchese ferment horahi thi, abhi shan’t padd gayi hai, cling wrap bhi nahi fool raha

      Potassium metabisulphite daalne se phale wine mein kaafi din se fermentation chalu thi to ho sakta hein ki fermenta apne aap he ruk gaye ho .... Aap iss k clean hone ka intezaar kejeye clean hone k baad jub aap taste krege to metha taste agar aata hein to fermenta beach mein ruki hein agar methi nahi ho to samjho sab sahi hein.
      Baaki detail mein batayega koi confusion ho to

      जरूरी नहीं। यीस्ट को ऑक्सीजन मिल जायेगी। कोई नुकसान नहीं होगा पहले 2 दिन तक कपड़ा लगा सकते हो।

      माफ कीजिएगा आपका मैसेज मुझसे गलती से डिलीट हो गया आपने मुझसे सवाल पूछा था कि उससे बाहर के जीवाणु तो अंदर नहीं आएंगे?
      नहीं ऐसा बिल्कुल भी नहीं होगा अभी हमारी वाइन के अंदर कोई भी अल्कोहल नहीं है अभी हमने सिर्फ उसमें शुरुआत की है तो कुछ भी खराब होने की गुंजाइश नहीं है।
