I am assuming the upstairs is an attic, or sitting room, but overall, its a very nice design. You should include basements too. We here in America have a lot of homes built with them. Thanks!

That second floor is just asking for an owner’s retreat: master bedroom/ensuite/reading room with loads of shelves. That would be this great home’s crowning glory! Great entry/laundry space!

I like this house. I would rather see a half bath in with the laundry room and a master suite downstairs. I'm disappointed that you didn't show the upstairs. I'd like to see 2 bedrooms and a nice size bath upstairs. Thanks Jasper.

Beautiful House, but where's the upstairs??? Plus I'd like a pool and a basement.
I love the layout and design, the living room, the kitchen with the china hutch, the laundry room, the bathroom with the corner shower, love corners, the bedrooms, and what about the upstairs? I thought my imagination was running away with me. You missed the upstairs.
I really like this. It's quite a departure from the smaller homes because I know there's a second floor in this one.
Jasper!! This kitchen is fabulous! I'd make the countertop on the island larger to allow some counter height stools!
I wish the bathroom had a tub/shower combo!

Jasper, are those the stairs to heaven lol. We all make mistakes and forget things no worries. Beautiful kitchen, bathroom all the rooms are a great size. The sink in the laundry room has to go to make more room. The outside is beautiful. ❤❤❤❤❤

A darling house! But seems a bit tacky for the laundry to be where the entertainment happens. And of course we have the back door and front door facing each other. Violates Feng Shui principles. Not sure about the stairs to no where???? Nice color scheme. Wood tones and black give it a masculine touch. 🤔

One question: and what's on the second floor?
The front door directly inline with the back door is a feng shui no-go. Too much energy running straight through the home. And I don’t like the back door right off the bedroom because the lack of security freaks me out.
I think I'd take out the bedroom behind the kitchen and make it a family addition to the kitchen, and dining like most big homes. The other living room could be a formal living room or a den/office.
