Our new Holzher GLU-JET Edge Bander

In this video, I will give you a tour of our new Holzher edge bander. No longer having to use a traditional glue pot system, the ATEA 1030 uses Holzher's Glu-Jet technology for applying glue to parts. It works amazing!

So far it’s been pretty good. Definitely an upgrade from what we were using before. I really like the glue jet system. They only issues we have had so far is there is a piece of sheet metal over the conveyer belt at the out feed area that is meant to keep any debris from traveling down into the track area. A piece of wood somehow got pushed down and caught the edge of it bending it up. No idea how it happened but we straightened it out and it seems fine so far
