i havent gone for 10 year but i really should and i should maintain my health.

alright so I'm a little tired but I really deserve a break after watching this great English class and I've got to say was very interesting for me talking about physical check ups which is something very important but for me is kind of scary I guess I haven't had one in many years

annual check-ups
it is really important for women especially, to go and get their annual check-ups, like searching for cervical cancer and checking your cholesterol levels.
but I heard it is not as Important for man
go to the doctor's (the hospital)
i am a firm believer that prevention is better than cure. if you catch something early then its easy to treat. otherwise, if you leave it and its too late, then there is not much you can do about certain diseases.
full body check-ups
be fretting and worrying
are there any special preparations you have to make for those kinds of exams?
