Canon of Judo by master Mifune had an excellent explanation of this throwing principle. I try to practice by this example, unfortunately in Germany they do not practice proper principles, technique and kumi kata, because the focus is on competiton and brawn..
In tsuri-goshi the movement of uke over the hip does not come from upper body rotation like in o-/uki-goshi but from the pull (tsuri). Watch where Tori's head is facing.
