The problem very likely is due to low zinc in the prostate (zinc deficiency) which causes the prostate gland to enlarge in men over 50. Take 25 mg ~ 50 mg for 3 months 90 days and one's prostate should go back to its normal size. Doctors won't tell their patients this pertinent information as zinc is readily available at any pharmacy and very very inexpensive as well. Tamsulosine / flomax is an utterly useless medication when a person doesn't address the root of the problem.
I just take once a week. My prostate is 42 in size from the last 5 years.some time I feel urine coming out with jurks just pressing the front portion of urethera. So I take a capsule in this condition. It is wirking at night time with some erection.

I don't anymore. The damage to my left eye seems permanent? the damage to my right eye I am still not sure about. If you are on this drug and you start to notice blurry patches in your field of vision, stop the drug.
I drive after dinner how can I take tamsulosin 30 min after meal since it can be dangerous. It seems that you go to sleep after dinner, I don’t. I go out dancing
My husbands dr. Prescribed Flomax and Cialis to him. He kept on fainting, he stopped the Flomax because of fainting and it may cause aggressive prostate cancer. Please inform your men of this.

On my Consultant's advice, I take Tamsulosin 0.4mg, one tablet just after dinner, and little later go to sleep. I've lifetime medical intakes, losatan, Rosuvastatin and Cardiprin. Losatan in the morning and other all 3 , after dinner, before bed. What's your opinion about that dear Doctor. Thanks.

Hi, what is the difference between the capsule (Zandoz) shown in your video yellow and blue and the Tamsolusin brown pills. I took the capsules with better results. The pills are not so good. Is one of them a generic?

I am taking Dutasteride Tamsulosin HCI at bedtime. No issues with negative ailments (headache, dizziness, etc) probably because sleeping 🙂

Made me very dizzy. Unsafe to drive my car. Had to stop taking it. Switched to another medication. It works well and no side effects so far.

Pl.clarify the time at which this drug is taken
To minimize side effects like postural hypotension and dizziness, it may be given at night time.
Posture hypertension is one of the side effect. So many consultent recommend it in night time.
