The condo looks good but for accessibility, Bandar Puteri is much better due to straight out to main road without traffic light and you can save 20-30 mins during peak hours. In the end, it depends on what you want.

The facade is nice and modern, with spacious unit layout. For a newly vped project, the showroom ID is very dated and unattractive, the materials used such as flooring tiles and bathroom design are very old-style to be honest.
I agree with you, Sean. The scale of this project 7.58 acres across 510 units, it is seriously generous and luxurious in term of space offered by the developer. This project is like a bigger version of Serini Melawati. Even the facade design is somewhat similar.
Visited the project last year and fortunately it was raining. So notice some problems on the building design and therefore didnt buy it. Besides the 3 cons that you have mentioned, the water heater tank, ac compressor location & flooded front entrance after rain were my biggest turn off.

Nice condo problem is that the defect team don't honor there appointments 3 times now. Plumbing having issue report weeks, set time never turn up. Master bathroom clogged, we just move in at unit b-6-*. Hope developer could push defect teams to do work according to appointment, we can't stay home fovever waiting indefinitely.
hi there..we was thinking for block A 21st floor too...just get some advice..is there serious about the defect problem?im concernin about the wet kitchen as its easy to get flood if rain heavy while also about the compressor is it very noisy and how about heater?

For a property of 650k minimum in this area...the exterior simply dont looks worth the price. The opposite condo zen residence that cost less with lower units beat this.
