Out of curiosity, did you go through the post-game Hero quests? It seems like you would have, but I've seen many streamers who either weren't aware of or simply didn't do them. There are only 2, one of which is probably my favorite in the game, so it's always unfortunate to see it get missed.
That was by far my favorite reaction to the end of chapter 4.

Something I love about this game, and I’ve of the aspects that’s better handled than XB1 or XB2 is the interactions between the party members, how mainly they feel, and that the game allows different characters to really connect, not just the Oroborous partners

I have to say Taion continues to be my favorite character in this game. His relationship with Isurd being explored in the Hero Quest. His philosophical out look in life. His pragmatic mind coupled with his awkward social interactions with the other party members. He really stands out to me as one of the most interesting characters to see and react to in this journey around Aionios. All the story beats and his involvement makes him one of the few party characters I like other than the main character.

Man I forgot how much was in chapter 4, this game is soo good. Also Mio's va popping off 1:03:23 I love all the va's in this game so much.
I sincerely hope you had a bucket available for the next chapter, cuz it's very much in the "cry until I throw up" territory.

I remember when I played this for the first time I was in FULL DENIAL that was Melia. Call it a coping mechanism or whatever, but I refused to believe it was her, the same woman as at the end of Future Connected, the kindest heart of this universe and my favorite female character ever. And when they revealed it was a freaking Robot I screamed: "I KNEW IT WASN'T MY GIRL, LET'S FUCKING GOOOOOO".
Already looking forward to the Chapter 5 video.
40:55 They really needed another word in this part. Saying "reborn" brings a lot of implications, especially after meeting Consul J, when she just meant it figuratively.

My favourite bit in the whole the game (except maybe a certain ascension quest later). "To the queem, you return". That entrance, her dialogue, the XC1 abilities she uses in the fight, the twist. Jaw-dropping stuff.
1:10:22 the craziest part about this is that in my first playthrough i thought the chapter was going to end here and was surprised when it kept going

I like how Kat is saying at the end of the video due to the bomb shell they dropped and im like Kat sweetie it's Xenoblade what did you expect ? guys should we tell her about chapter 5 ? i don't think she is ready for it also best part of Xenoblade 3 was really doing the heroes quests i really enjoyed all of them and then having finished doing all of them and maxing out every class i just feel empty cause my Xenoblade 3 time is finished with all characters being maxed level 400+ having maxed out every class for every character was pain but fun and doing every single side quest is also finished looking forward to future redeemed stuff when you boot that up Kat.
