My brother had the 7.35. I know we killed a handful of deer with it. The biggest memory was the fact that we barely ever had any ammo. Even with my powers of acquisition and manifestation I probably found 50rds total. And the folks that know me with my powers and “warehouse of holding” know that the fact that I could not get us ammo is INSANE! So the fact that the 7.35 is like the ONLY thing I have never been able to make appear we are fully passing on the imports unless RTI flash sales them.
I have 2 of them in 7.35 from Ethiopia and luckily both have good bore. Wish I could say the same about my 91 long rifle in 6.5 Carcano. I have been reloading for mine. Love to find some surplus ammo for them.
modern 6.5 is using spitzer bullets, as are most reloading it. I'd love a 91/41, but kinda rare. I'm pretty sure that's the only 6.5 not using gain twist
Have the same rifle, had the same difficulty finding ammo. However, I have this silly habit where I have to have a bayonet for every rifle, and if you think the ammo is hard to find and expensive...oh boy! That folding blade bayonet!
@@BigBoyRabbit420 I actually do have the bayonet. I just surprised that it almost cost more than the rifle. Speaking of which I literally just got home with a 6.5 M38. So now I might need another bayonet.
@@Xoarkitty I feel you on the price!! I stopped collecting for a while then when I come back now everything is WAAY higher. Just the way of things now I suppose.

Interesting round to have. Maybe a bigger loading company will pick it up.
I had a 7.35. I also prefer the 6.5 as well. Ive like the cavalry carbine so far the best when it comes to carcano variants.

I actually laughed from the Black ops 1 clip😂

God speed sir!
Have you checked the bay? I’ve seen several of the folders on there just haven’t grabbed on yet.

I have a Carcano from Italy. It has the numbers 9124 on it. Does that mean it's 6.5?
So I got a carcano with a brass disc like the swedish Mauser you know anything about that?
If it has an SA on it, thats a Finnish disk
SA on the reciever front end
