you could just make the torso unanimatable by clicking the box next to it and then use rig to rotate the parts then after that you just uhm make the torso ragdoll
EDIT: nvm doesnt work

It's the simplest torso you can insert in a rig.

You mean onion skin? All you have to do is press B on your keyboard of the rig you're animating.
