The best “healthier” creamer I have found is the Silk Almond milk creamer. It’s very similar to a regular creamer, still sweet enough to satisfy me. And I actually am not the biggest fan of almond milk. Its superior. I promise.

@@bd1043I usually get the purple one, sweet cream. I’ve tried the brown, which is mocha. But sweet cream is deff my fave. I used to be OBSESSED with Int’l Delight Coldstone creamer and I hardly noticed a difference when I switched the Silk.

I do love some cheese and I love Korean food but there’s something about those korean corn dogs that really puts me off. It’s just way too much cheese it almost makes me feel nauseous. I have this weird thing about thick amounts of cheese and too much cheese in my mouth 😂

If you like romance, I recommend the older b&w christmas movies. They are so good!! Some of my favs are Christmas In Connecticut, Holiday Inn, It Happen On 5th Avenue, Meet Me In St. Louis, The Thin Man, The Shop Around the Corner, The Bells of St. Marys, The Bishops Wife, Holiday Affair, White Christmas.

It’s not coffee anymore if you have to add chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and favored creamer. If that’s the case, you can easily make a milkshake or a smoothie.

I wouldn’t have it with a green smoothie lmao but maybe an almond butter banana or PB and banana smoothie (throw in some spinach or kale for some green nutrition). Pretty good and energizing!

I think it’s a natural biological response. we’re programmed to avoid the dark/danger/unknown. when there wasn’t artificial light we had to go to shelter to stay away from predators.
It’s lack of vitamin D, some people suffer with Seasonal Affective Disorder, depression rates go up during the shorter daylight months.
Make your coffee with what you like, but if it were me, I just wouldn't do the chocolate syrup and whip. Save that sugar for the cookie I eat every night! 😅

I’ve read a few articles on this, and most of them the numbers don’t line up. I do believe he started seeing at least 2 girls when they were 16. One in his late 20’s and the mother of his daughter at 30. But they did mention that there wasn’t any evidence of a sexual relationship till much later. So I’m not going to bad mouth someone who isn’t here to defend himself. And take away the hard work and other good things this man accomplished.

We only have two large malls where I live and they used to be so decorated and full of people. Now half the store spaces are empty or changing to things like labs and dental offices. I think malls are on the way out unfortunately , especially since Sears and Toys R Us are gone 😧

GOOD MORNING!! You can’t go wrong with the fresh fruit cravings during pregnancy. I was always craving oranges when I was pregnant, at least I had enough folic acid😂Here in Charleston, we have so much Farmers Markets and I try to go to few to support the local farmers and it’s a fun outing. I love the color palette of the nursery, the mirror and shelves are a good fit! As for baby boy, he was giving you so snuggles in the womb😩🩵I know I always say it but, I’m truly so happy if you both and genuinely feel like an Internet Titi Frances🩷
