    Mam,my chapaties never comes out soft n it becomes somewhat crispy... What's the reason behind this??

      @@HappyDaisies-lv7zq do not use cold water when kneading your dough, instead use warm water & it should be very soft. Cook on medium low heat for it to cook through. High heat will only make it hard on the outside and won't cook through.
