About Erald not looking like an elf ear-wise, it's because the anime decided to depict him looking the same as how he looked when he went to Tempest in season 2. At the time, he went to Tempest using a homunculus body. So it wasn't his real body, but it was still overall based on his real appearance, just human instead of elf. I am actually confused as to why the anime didn't give him elf ears during this episode, but it doesn't change the fact that he is an elf. To be more precise, Erald is a pure blood elf. Same for his daughter Eren/Eryune (who uses illusion magic to hide her elf ears when incognito outside of her country). Heck, something the anime skipped the mention of is that Erald is the uncle of the Empress and Eren/Eryune is thus the cousin of the Empress. Let's just say that the grandmother of the Empress, being an elf, did not stop having children over time. So Erald (a few centuries old) is MUCH younger than the Empress even though he is her uncle.

Well in this Episode The Elf Empress confirmed his territory is under Milim now. Since Season 2 Carrion and Frey chose to became a subordinate of Milim. So their Territory is under Milim's Control.
Tempest can become Norway, where even the poor are still living a higher standard of living compared to the poor of other countries. Also, this world is still pretty wild-west. People (or monsters) who can't earn money can still live in the wilderness and live off the land.
at this stage of magic/technology it is understood that teleporting objects is easy but living creatures get fucked up cause teleportion accidents, you have to be super strong to survive teleporting. during the war the sage figured out how to do a barrier to prevent teleportion damage so yeah the fairy demon Lorde being able to teleport living creatures w just consent is wild

Most of the problems in refugee camps stem from lack of food and appropriate shelter. Tempest has more than enough food to take care of the lycanthropes, and those “temporary houses” they’ve got them staying in are all better built than most Americans’ actual homes. The lycanthropes all trust Rimuru and his people to not take advantage of them because Rimuru is so overwhelmingly stronger than any of them that there’s no need to trick them into anything, he could just force them to do what he wanted with open displays of power. That strength gap would make humans uneasy, but that’s because we’re duplicitous by nature, while monsters are extremely straightforward and innocent in some ways.
People forget how strong Ramiris is. It's mentioned in the previous seasons that she goes through a reincarnation cycle, so this is still her child form. The light novel mentions that in her adult form, she could stop a fight between Guy and Millum and had the power to terraform the entire planet at once.
As for Jane, the issue although she does not have full access to all of Gazel's information, she does have enough to challenge Rimiru threat level. The fact is that Dragon upper management knows he killed the Orc Lord, a Castrophe-level monster. They were also aware that he killed an entire army by himself. His other powerful questionable actions were not only freeing Veldora from his bonds within the cave, but he also summoned what many western nations believe to be a demon peer. In addition, he has named him and other members of tempest, which was not something people did at random, as you can die if you don't have enough mana. You can estimate Ramaris' other ability, which will be significant for future arcs. The hint I would give is this: what is the worst-case scenario for an adventurer if they fail to defeat a dungeon or face an overwhelming powerful opponent? Milim's backstory is perfect description to understand Ramiris' true power level as compared to the other demon lords. The gist was that Guy alone could not stop an enraged Milim; it wasn't until Ramiris intervened that they were able to calm her down. The image depicts in that flash back also depicts her actual form before she lost the power. Since then, she hasn't been able to use her full ability outside of her labrynth. Which inside is equal to an MMO administrator within the game.
Mass Teleportation is what Rimuru did for moving the Army. Teleportation is dangerous because of the unfiltered energy in the space/dimension/void they teleport through. When the human kids (and adults) are summoned, they are bombarded with that energy which is why summoned heroes are powerful. That's why the kids die because they can't control the energy they absorbed. The Spirits the kids (and Shizu as a kid) got are able to control that power for them. Raphael made use of Rimuru's skills to make mass teleportation safe for normal people(monsters). Some combination of predators isolation stomach, the barrier that surrounded Veldora, shadow step, etc... It also required vast amounts of power to cast the spell.

People often don't realize this because the anime cut a lot of details, but Yoshida is incredibly influential. Eurazania went to great lengths to provide Yoshida with everything he needed for his cooking. However, once Rimuru met him and started supplying ingredients from our world, which only Rimuru and Tempest could produce, Yoshida decided to move to Tempest after Shuna requested his help. No other nation managed to persuade Yoshida, but Rimuru did. I'd say Yoshida is as influential as Rimuru at the moment, though Rimuru is definitely going to become even more influential over time.
When it comes to money I'm not sure if the anime mentioned this yet but in the light novels it has been talked about the monsters in tempest really don't have a need for money that's a human and demi-human thing which I'm sure they'll get more into later. In tempest you're guaranteed a decent home, clothing, and good food. Any luxuries are based off a merit system you do a good job you work extra hard you can use these merits to go into the hot springs or have a party or get some nice item here or there as far as the system being corruptible the thing to remember there is the monsters absolute loyalty for Rimuru and this is his system in fact the system was created because he wanted to pay them and it didn't work out too well.
Quick bit of clarification tempest the nation makes money and uses it as a nation involving other parties, my previous statement was for the people of tempest and what we would consider wages. In other words yes the nation needs money which is why they sell goods but the people have their basics guaranteed by Rimuru.

Safety concerns that Rimuru is worrying are adventurers dying in the Labyrinth but Ramiris has a solution for it. She can resurrect everyone dying in her Labyrinth but it takes time if more needs to resurrect cause she needs to be aware of it so she suggested that adventurers wear bracelets that will activate painless death and resurrect the wearer when they get attacked or killed by monsters in the Labyrinth.

Its great being able to watch an animated tensura past season two content but it still saddens me that they cut some of the cool bits out
People often don't realize this because the anime cut a lot of details, but Yoshida is incredibly influential. Eurazania went to great lengths to provide Yoshida with everything he needed for his cooking. However, once Rimuru met him and started supplying ingredients from our world, which only Rimuru and Tempest could produce, Yoshida decided to move to Tempest after Shuna requested his help.
No other nation managed to persuade Yoshida, but Rimuru did.
I'd say Yoshida is as influential as Rimuru at the moment, though Rimuru is definitely going to become even more influential over time.

When it comes to money I'm not sure if the anime mentioned this yet but in the light novels it has been talked about the monsters in tempest really don't have a need for money that's a human and demi-human thing which I'm sure they'll get more into later. In tempest you're guaranteed a decent home, clothing, and good food. Any luxuries are based off a merit system you do a good job you work extra hard you can use these merits to go into the hot springs or have a party or get some nice item here or there as far as the system being corruptible the thing to remember there is the monsters absolute loyalty for Rimuru and this is his system in fact the system was created because he wanted to pay them and it didn't work out too well.
Quick bit of clarification tempest the nation makes money and uses it as a nation involving other parties, my previous statement was for the people of tempest and what we would consider wages. In other words yes the nation needs money which is why they sell goods but the people have their basics guaranteed by Rimuru.

Erald is the uncle of the Empress and Eren/Eryune is thus the cousin of the Empress. Let's just say that the paternal grandmother of the Empress, being an elf, did not stop having children over time. So Erald (a few centuries old) is MUCH younger than the Empress (thousands of years old) even though he is her uncle.
Unlike Demons, who wants to fight, and unlike humans, who... are humans..., or even unlike Dragon's Ramiris is a fairy, she wants the well being of everyone, makes sense why she doesn't use her power unless necesarry, imo.

You said they should respect Ramiris because she's a demon lord true but when another demon lord comes to your lords territory disrespecting doing what they want you don't have to respect them because they're a demon lord Rimuru rule this territory and you can't just come in doing what you want like you ran the place how does that look to the rest of the world if you let someone just do as they please because they're a demon lord so is Rimuru and he can't look weak to the world ask respectfully instead of doing as you please
Safety concerns that Rimuru is worrying are adventurers dying in the Labyrinth but Ramiris has a solution for it. She can resurrect everyone dying in her Labyrinth but it takes time if more needs to resurrect cause she needs to be aware of it so she suggested that adventurers wear bracelets that will activate painless death and resurrect the wearer when they get attacked or killed by monsters in the Labyrinth.
